Dear Center for Educational Documentation,I am writing to express my concern and disappointment over an unresolved issue causing significant inconvenience. On January 2, I sent a payment of $210.00 USD for an evaluation report, which was confirmed by your team to be dispatched by January 11. As of today, June 2, I am still waiting to receive this report.I tried contacting your team via email and phone to fix this issue and get an update on the progress of my report, but unfortunately, all attempts have been unsuccessful. I haven't heard anything about any delays or issues causing this hold-up. This silence, coupled with the prolonged waiting period, is frustrating and hindering my professional progress.Given the length of time that has elapsed and the importance of the report to my current circumstances, I am anxious to resolve this matter quickly. Please expedite the processing of my report and provide me with a definite date for its completion and dispatch. If there are additional requirements or problems with my request, please communicate these to me immediately, as I am willing to cooperate to expedite the resolution of this issue.I appreciate your quick attention to this matter, and I'm waiting for your swift reply. Please take care of this as a formal complaint against the delay and lack of communication experienced so far.Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. Best Regards,*******

Hello, We contacted ******************** via email on June 5. The evaluation report was completed and sent to him, via email, that same day. The original evaluation report was mailed on June 6 via priority mail ****** and the package is scheduled to be delivered today - June 12. Below is a copy of the email response sent on June 5.

      ********************,

We are incredibly sorry for the prolonged delay in the completion of your evaluation.  Regrettably your file was misplaced among pending applicants and the high volume of requests and inquiries being received on multiple fronts was yet another complication in replying to your request for information.
Your evaluation is being completed immediately and should be ready by no later than tomorrow -- possibly even today. We will send an unofficial copy via email when done and of course, tracking information for the official reports that will be sent by expedited mail service.  Again, our apologies for this unfortunate and distressing delay.
Thank you for your patience and understanding,
      CED

I ordered a transcript evaluation on 13th Jan 2023. When I ask them for the whereabouts of my evaluation, they said it had been delivered already but they delivered it to an unclear address. After that i have been calling them time and again to ask them more about the evaluation but they do not respond at all. I tried calling them, i tried emailing them but there has been no reply at all.

Better Business Bureau:I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # ********. Please add your rejection comments below; if you do not provide any details, your complaint will be closed as Answered.

No such email was received.  Also, both myself and my wife sent follow up emails this year to request an update on the application and none of these emails were responded to.  Also we have tried ringing on numerous occasions and were never able to reach anyone.  Given this level of service I do not see that it is worth pursuing the evaluation and further and request that a full refund is made.

Businesses and Customers should be civil, courteous and polite in their responses to complaints. It is important to remain professional and productive when participating in the BBB complaint process.

CED was suggested as one of the agencies to certify my diploma from Europe in order to obtain my **** license. **** *********** of ********** and ******************** does not care about my Graduate and post-graduate degrees from the US, they need my BA evaluated, and supplied me with a list of suggested agencies to do that. CED was one of them, and the **** rep even suggested that CED are better because they are located in ******. I filled out the online form and sent all my original documents, along with the check for the fee on April 29th. On May 4th the check was cashed, but since then nothing. I called and left detailed messages, since no one ever picks the phone at CED. I emailed them, too. No response so far.
