When I was told about this company and the experiences offered I was excited to try it out and purchased two tickets for a floral arranging event as a surprise for my mother. The day before the event I received the flowers and they were not fresh and were ******** which was quite disappointing. I reached out right away and was hoping to receive a response and possible get new flowers before the event. The only way to reach out was via email. I received no response and sent 2-3 more emails including a photo of the flowers just two days after the event and how they were already dying, before someone responded saying they were going to refund me. They did not attempt to speak with me. I was told it would take **** days to see the refund. I never received a refund and reached out a few more times via email and ******** messenger. Again I received no response. On their website they say they are ready and waiting for your email which is the fastest way to receive response. It is the only way to contact them according to the website. It has been nearly two months since I made the purchase and after several attempts at communication, Alices Table has continued to disappoint. They do not care at all about their customers. As far as the event, it was completely rushed as if the host had something better to do. It lasted about 40 minutes and we could not keep up. There is no opportunity to ask questions or pause. We will not recommend Alices table to anyone based on this experience. From the event to the customer service we were completely dissatisfied.
