VERY disreputable company lately. Was OK when they began, but now that they are closing up shop, DO NOT USE THEM! I doubt my last invoice will be straightened out. Glad it was not a large order. They play with the numbers on the invoice....they do NOT match the CC figures, and when you talk with a rep, they cannot hear you (two different reps had this issue tonight.)

This was my first and last time using Drizzly! I ordered two of the same item (Bota box breeze rose). The first one was fine, the second which was opened one week later was brown and smelled like vinegar. I then realized the expiration date had a black marker over it. I contacted ******** and they stated they had no responsibility. I called the actual liquor store and they would not accept a return after 5 days. ******* had no issues taking money for fees but then didnt help when there was a problem.

I had the same experience. They charge the fees but weeks after weeks go by with no delivery, nor will they respond to the multiple requests to cancel my order.

Drizly is among the worst internet services Ive ever used. It might be the single worst of **************** used many. In addition to a spotty website and nonexistent customer service, their business model is fundamentally flawed. Rather than pay shoppers to buy your liquor, they coordinate with stores to pack orders. Then Drizly arranges for a shopper hired by someone else (for example, UberEats) to pick up the packed items and deliver them to you. As a result of this model, the store employees (who have no financial incentive to hurry or be accurate) may or may not bother to focus on your request. Theyll sooner worry about customers in store or scrolling social media. Drizly gives you the option to contact the store and ask the employees to please prioritize your order. *** tried that and, in my experience, it does nothing. An unmotivated employee is not suddenly motivated by someone calling nicely on the phoneespecially if they have live customers standing in front of them, some more social media to scroll through, and no financial incentive to help you. Do yourself a favor and just hire a service like UberEats or DoorDash, or PostMates or any number of other services where a shopper accepts your orders, and has a direct financial incentive to fulfill your request timely and accurately. They will earn some money (more if you tip well), you will get your liquor, and the service you hire will get its cut. Leave Drizly alone and encourage everyone you care about to disregard Drizly. It offers nothing but frustration, disappointment, and expense.

terrible policy terrible response just terrible terrible and TERRIBLE i placed an order and the delivery was not coordinated as they state they need a signature. They attempted to deliver it at night and at odd hours twice with no advanced notification. The retailer was unable to make a delivery yet drizly charged us the ****************************************************************************************************************************************** follow up they were not helpful and then stop answering us. As a consumer i feel i should only be charged for a completed job/delivery.Unless they remedy this i will never use them again and i recommend that all of you out there boycott them as well.

If I could give zero stars I would. Drizly offers a gift option. I am SO embarrassed by the "gift" experience. I sent Drizly as a gift to be delivered for a birthday breakfast. The recipient scheduled the delivery (that's how it works) for 8-9am. By 11a, they had not received the gift so called to confirm delivery. The liquor store had no record of the order and proceeded to ask the gift recipient what it was. Of course, because it was a GIFT, the recipient didn't know what it was. They recommended canceling the order but then they found it, rattled off what was included and asked them if they still wanted it. The gift recipient said yes. When it arrived the recipient took a photo of what was received and the order was wrong! They substituted the breakfast donuts for Ho-Hos and the bottle of Vueve Cliqcot was missing the collectible box. I knew I was paying a mark up for the convenience of the service and that was fine but for $87 for the bottle alone I expected the correct item. I reached out to customer service and they refunded me for the donuts but not the bottle of champagne. I don't mind paying more for a service like this but start to finish the experience was beyond awful. What an embarrassment of a gift. Never again...stay away from Drizly.

This company continued to send liquor to the home of an alcoholic every other day by the gallon. They said "they saw nothing wrong with it" as it wasnt reported to them he was an alcoholic. (we did not know where he was getting it from because we did not know such a awful company could exist). A bar tender can not over serve you or they can go to jail. How can you drop 2 handles of vodka and whiskey at the same apartment door every other day for months and months and it be legal? how is that not over serving?? well we finally figured out where he was getting it when his body was found June 1 2023. I notified drizly right away of their crime and not only did they NOT CARE they said it's not their responsibility. Well guess what Drizly? I will make it my lifes mission to make what you do illegal. You are negligent, do not care about who you are delivering to and have this BS response to me that alcohol is a craft etc... no its a poison that is to be handled with extreme care. You are no different than a bartender at this point who over served and will be held accountable.

***** minute estimated delivery time. 5:35 order confirmed. 545 order picked up. 6:03 driver calls me Im on your way with the order itll be 30 minutes but Im on my way. Im going to mark it as delivered, thats what we do when we pick up I saidare you doing that because youll be outside the delivery window? If so Id rather you not do that after some push back he said okay. At 6:52 I call him twice and text him - my number is blocked. *67 call him at 6:59 he doesnt pick up. I try to cancel through the app. No way to do so. Try to contact a live representative. No way to do so. Their answer is to take it up with the store. Drizly should not be able to assist with selling and delivering a product, only to not hold up their end of ensuring delivery. I should not have to track down an unresponsive liquor store for the faults of your partnership. Get a better agreement with the store owners and delivery drivers. Take ownership of the sales and assist in customer support. A credit to the account does not help I want a full refund to my credit card and a credit for the time wasted on Drizlys terrible service.

Do NOT trust this alcohol beverage service. You will find your personal information on the dark web. You will be Doxxed. I know because I ordered a six pack of beer in 2020 and my information was released a few years later. The delivery driver? Inside the company? Very expensive price for a few beers. Be Careful. They will probably have a class action lawsuit if the doxxing continues to happen. Its so wrong.
