      My issue is the following: Infotracer apparently has some of my old personal information which you can find when looking up the following two email addresses:************************** ****-************** They had my age correctly and my two - long deleted - social media profiles as well. I did not pay for the full reports. I want all and any information about me which is connected to those two email addresses, removed from the database permanently. I tried using the contact form on the website but it kept telling me to delete invalid characters, even though all I did was type a plain text request. So there is no other way for me to contact this company as they do not provide a contact email. I am a German citizen and subject to GDPR. I want to invoke my Right To Be Forgotten as per Section 17 of GDPR. Please delete all and any data about me from your database. Thank you.

      I signed up for intelius and Im being billed for it every time I use it on top of my membership,and Im being billed for infotracer monthly on top of that which I didnt agree too plus extra fees every time its used plus monthly membership fees . Im trying to cancel this whole mess!

However, rest assured, here at Infotracer we make it easy for our customers to receive support. Our experts are available 24/7 and can be reached by phone, email or chat. Also, there is no need to contact our team to cancel, it can be done immediately with the click of a button in our member's area. After reviewing ***************************** account I notice on 11/1/21 they reached our dedicated customer care team, and during that call, their subscription with Infotracer was successfully cancelled. As a courtesy, a refund was also processed on 11/1/21, and an email confirmation was also sent with the same details.

      I have opted out and asked for my data to be deleted on their website: locatepeople.org but they have responded that they cannot verify my identity and are requesting for my date of birth. It seems counterintuitive to ask for my data to be deleted and yet they are asking for more data.

After reviewing *********************************** account I can see a single report was purchased and results were provided. Customer support is a priority for us, and we have a dedicated team of search experts on hand 24/7. They are available via phone, or email to help with data location and retrieval. It seems ******************************* did not take advantage of this benefit, or get in touch with our ************* team, also available 24/7, but instead reached out on this platform for help. Although our service was utilized successfully to retrieve information, as a courtesy, a refund has been issued to *******************************. The funds should post in 3-5 business days.

      This website markets that it looks up IP addresses and gives you full reports on them. I can't speak to if that ever actually happens. What I will tell you is something needs to be done about the wording of the sales process here: 1. you look up an IP address 2. the next screen tells you you have a full report ready for you and you click to view it 3. It takes you to a screen where you pay a very small amount of money to see this report, and it subscribes you to a monthly service. Of course, once you pay for the report, you can call them and cancel the subscription.4. you pay, and you're taken to a screen that tells you there was no information found.They only take a small amount of money, which makes ppl less likely to call for a refund of 3$, and less likely to report it. But it's like if you went and bought a shirt online, paid, and confirmation screen said they don't have that shirt in stock never mind. Its meant to dupe people into buying something they never receive.

The paid trial we make available is a convenient option for prospective customers to explore our platform, and access unlimited searches from our database of over 5 billion records, it is not payment for a specific report. As detailed during checkout, the subscription will begin on the "Next Billing Date" (as identified on the Order Confirmation, and on the Account Details page of the account), and the monthly subscription fee will be billed to the Payment Account on that date and thereafter on a recurring monthly basis unless and until the subscription is cancelled. Ease of use is a priority for us, and we make cancelling easy. Although we have a dedicated ************* team standing by via chat, email and phone 24/7, there is no need to contact us to cancel. It can be done with the touch of a button directly from the customer account. The cancellation does into effect immediately and a confirmation email is issued for the customer's **********************.       INFOTRACER AND ITS SUBSIDIARIES make it impossible to remove your information from their website. My family has tried to remove our information and they give many excuses as to well you cant request it in one email, or it takes 48 hours. Yet after 48 hours, your information is still apparent on the website. They even promote other websites. I find it absurd that organizations like this exist. It is a complete invasion and absolutely disgusting that an organization can publish someone's personal information and refuse or make it difficult for a user to remove their information. It has taken me three days and many hours of no sleep to contact many organizations like INFOTRACER to remove my information.

       I still see information pertaining to me on their website. Also, yes they have an option to remove your information but, it is faulty and does not work if you have multiple accounts. I do not recieve a confirmation that my request is received.

      The information they provide after you do a search is incorrect.I paid the fee then I ran my own license plate and it said that my car is registered to *********************. I had my car for 3 years registered to me. If they cant get that right I think everything else is bogus. I feel scammed
