    They don't give detailed information of what is being purchased on invoices nor what is being paid for on receipts. I emailed them asking for this information on specified invoices with 2 follow-*** with no response. Very expensive! When I purchased one thing, I was later told it was for another thing.

    This company took control of my computers and advantage of my lack of technical knowledge. They charged me $399.98 to supposedly delete my computer of current and potential viruses! They informed me that my virus protection servicer was not working. They had access to any and ALL of my personal information. Nothing has been changed as far as my computers speed and applications are concerned! The computers processing features have not improved!I want a total refund of the $399.98 they scammed me out of!

    I reached this company through a Norton 800 number to cancel my subscription with ******. They accessed my computer remotely and told me I had issues that showed my computer was compromised. They sold me a $999.99 Lifetime Norton software package and suggested a $399.99 Optimizer (which I declined). I did not realize I was not talking to *********************** until they informed me that Allroundfix will be the name showing up on my bank statement. After a sleepless night and feeling very vulnerable, because I watched them access my email account, bank accounts, and my credit card info. They had access to all my personal information! When the bank opened the next day, I stopped payment on the electronic check. I took my computer to be checked, and I had all software installed by them on my computer removed! I do not have access to any of their software! All of this was done within 24 hrs. Allroundfix started harassing me with phone calls and emails! They threaten me with voice messages. 1) To respond to their emails or phone calls or they were turning me over to their legal depart, 2) If I did not respond they were coming to my house! I felt as though I was being bullied! BEWARE of Allroundfix Resolution: Money returned to my bank account! Peace and *****
