If you're looking to pay 500 a month commercial insurance then have a wreck that's NOT your fault and have NO ONE CONTACT YOU BACK AND GASLIGHT you then this is the insurance you're looking for!!! I had a wreck September 30, ****. There is footage from the gas station proving i am 100% innocent and yet my own insurance ******, by Berkshire Hathaway refuses to contact me back. I am on hold 2 day in a row waiting for a supervisor. I have made multiple calls and the last contact i have had from my agent was in January. My adjuster was origionally ***** **** and after weeks of no contact after my wreck I called and they said she was no longer with the company. Then I was given to ************************* she talked to me for maybe a few weeks then nothing...... crickets.... I have emailed her latest being january 28th and have called and left voicemails. I have NEVER received any return communication.... How can my OWN insurance just bail on me???? I have never had a wreck before and this one isnt even my fault!! I dont know what to do other than leave a review to other people and tell you to go somewhere else!! Do your homework and make sure you get the services you're paying for!! This company has literally left me hanging yet raised my monthly fee due to the wreck. So I cancelled my policy!! They dont want to help me they wont be getting my money!!!
