      I purchased the Semrush Guru package on July 24th of last year. This year, they automatically renewed the subscription without providing any prior notice. The only communication was an subscription success email that went directly to my spam folder.On August 19th, I reached out Semrush team to report this issue. Their response is you can only get back your money after 7 days you pay according to our policy. This is so unacceptable that I didn't get any of the renewal message.I emailed that I am willing to pay 1 month but need GET MY MONEY BACK of the remainning 11months. And they said I MUST INFORM YOU THAT NO EXCEPTIONS CAN BE MADE. How could yopu work with such a dishonest company? They deliberately don't want you know in advance, just to wait for 7 days after the renewal to cheat you out of your money. They know that many companies' payment processes are complicated and long, and they want to take advantage of you and teal your money. BE CAREFUL!

      They call 15 times a day and refuse to stop calling. I have asked several times.

      They make it very hard to unsubscribe, where you have to complete five steps, but they still wont cancel you until you click a link they provide later, but then that mysteriously doesnt work and they charge you again anyway. They are absolutely unapologetic and take no responsibility. This company is unethical. Do not use them!!!

      I WISH I NEVER SUBSCRIBED !!!FACT I canceled my account and received a cancellation notice,Fact I paid $130 for my previous subscription for 2023 after I canceled with a confirmed email The credit card I thought was removed was charged $1400 3 days later for NO REASON...SEMRUSH WAS NOT HELPFUL IN SEO AND IN MY OPINION, THEY ROBBED ME OF $!400..This caused me overdraft fees and cashflow issues. So unnecessary, disgusting business practices. ******** I filed a fraud complaint with my credit card and would never recommend this unprofessional. I have spent 3 hours with **** to get MY MONEY BACK .... A disgusting, aggravating experience. ****** Search Console provides the same data and is FREE.. MY opinion avoid SEMRUSH ... DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION>

      SEMrush is first and foremost hellbent on getting your money (and lots of it) in whatever way possible, and have much less regard for customer satisfaction. The team goes about their operations without any human touch and will charge you right and left if you so much as missed your trial end date by a few minutes - no matter the circumstance (being sick, hospitalized, etc). Enjoy their trials - but make sure to cancel ahead of time!

      I signed up for SEMrush free trial to understand a little bit about the company and how it could help me. After a day I stopped using it because I went ahead and hired a marketing firm to do marketing for me. ********************* proceeded to leave my company a negative review because I did not keep using SEMrush! These tactical bulling is unprofessional and I do not respect SEMrush for doing that.
