    Been billed on month to month basis. Requested account cancelation due to retirement and refund of charges processed since then (attached)No followup, credit or contact from company. Phone menu not valid, mailbox is full. Please help to close account and secure refund. Also request removal from automatic billing from company. Most unhappy with customer service and paying for service NOT RENDERED. Thanks for any help-Documents attached as proof of contact from customer end.

    I have not heard from the business in response to my complaint.

    There are a number of complaints against the company (internet browse)

    If they provide no response, what are options? Is there another state entity to file a complaint (business license, consumer fraud, legal department of the State)?

    I very much appreciate the status updates/follow up from MA BBB.

    My school district paid for a secondary level yearly subscription ($95) in January 2022, but when I logged into the account at the end of April, it said I have a "limited free account" and I can no longer access the full subscription. When I contacted the company via their online help, it said the request was "being processed". I was able to access my account for one day, but then it was back to not working again. I have since filed another online help request (still "being processed"), emailed both their tech and sales departments, and tried to call (their voicemail box is full and not accepting messages). I have not gotten what I paid for, and my students are in the middle of working on this project. I am requesting that the company give me the full yearly access that was paid for.
