I placed a bet with draftkings using my chime credit card I finally won $32 and for some reason I could not withdraw my winnings because PayPal had closed my account. I called PayPal and they refuse to tell me why saying when I signed up I agreed that they did not have to tell me why they close my account. So if I breached I have no idea why so I have no way to correct what happened! Never mind I have only used my PayPal card to receive money from my husband. I have never used it to get any winnings from draftkings yet. When it was time for me to do so I couldnt because the PayPal account was closed. I contacted draftkings to find out about other methods of withdrawing and after three emails I was told that due to a statement in one of my emails they put my draftkings account on hold. So now I have won money and both PayPal and draftkings have denied me access with no real reason or proof of violating anything. This is my money I bet and won and cannot obtain over questions? I feel I have been scammed. At this point I want my $32 but feel after all of this u should get all of my money back for pain and suffering and time lost! I spent $45 that day and won$32 that small amount caused all of this and I dont even know what I did wrongBusiness Response

Draft Kings withdrew $200 from my Venmo account without my consent. They advertise that if you deposit $5 into a new Draft Kings account, you receive $200 in free bet money. All I did was deposit $5 into the new account and placed one bet for $50 and another bet for $50 (their free bet money they deposited into my account) I got notified this morning by ***** that Draft Kings auto withdrew $200. I had made a sports bet on Draft king, I won it and it was $4400. I tired to withdraw my money out and it wouldnt let me. Kept trying, they locked my account and now I cant even login to it so my $4400 gone. I need that money from them cause thats stealing me at this point.Business Response

They make it impossible to withdraw money and their customer service is non existent Ive been trying to withdraw to paypal for days now and it doesnt work and their customer service is non existent. It says the PayPal account has to match the email on your draftkings account which it does. You can also deposit money from a source to be allowed to withdraw the funds. Conveniently, I cant deposit with anything. They take your money easily but make it impossible to get back in the 1 in 1 million chance you win.Business Response

I made a mistake, and I gave too much money to DraftKings and I told them that I made a mistake , and I tried to get a withdraw it because I saw that if you joined DraftKings you would get $200 or 250 and they ended up taking the money out of my bank account and Ive been fighting with them for days trying to get my money back if you have a good, been giving me a really really hard time ive been emailing its been about six days now and anyway I just need to talk to somebody about it. The thing is Ive been trying to get my money back and thats all I want to $270. But I dont think theyre accredited with BBB I just am running out of patience and just dont know what to do all I know is I just want my money back I deposited too much into my account. I meant to deposit five dollars and I deposited 250. I feel like they should give me some type of compensation because of the runaround that theyve been giving me along with the money. Back this is most definitely not buyers remorse. I just made an honest mistake. Im not gonna lie. Ive been a jerk and Ive been swearing at them left and right but I honestly believe because they have a class action suit that they embezzle money from people and they scam and I really hope that this is anonymous. I have been constantly emailing their customer support for a week with no response for a week. I placed multiple bets adding up to around $300 and they locked me out of my account and said my bets would be withdrawn as I was unable to make changes to them or withdraw them myself. As luck would have it all the bets lost so they didnt withdraw them which seems highly odd as I know if one wouldve hit they would have not paid it out since I was locked out and notified that they were being withdrawn. I have read numerous others having the same issue, I smell a class action lawsuit!Business Response

When I set my dk app I accidentally spelled my email wrong! 2) The wrong email I used to set up my DraftKings account is (*****************************)3) The my right email is ( ******************************* 4) I spelled shepherd wrong, I spelled it shrpherd! Instead of shepherd. 5) I tried to fix it by setting up another gmail account with the Gmail address I had accidentally set up my dk account w. To claim my winnings of $325 6) Then I locked myself out of my dk account by forgetting my password!7) I have been communicating with someone from dk on the wrong account like I am now , but cant receive any verification codes, or able to authenticate password changes. Name - ******************************* Username - ********************** ********** signed up for Draftkings cause I seen that had a promo new customer bet 5$ and you get 200$ in free bets, so I signed up and deposited my 5$ , had to upload my Id before I could deposit, they emailed me back and said Im verification has Been verified!! And I can bet!! So im like cool ?? thinking things was normal so I wind up winning one of my bets with the 200$ they gave me ,, I won 2,250$ I go to withdrawal and out of now there they cancel my withdrawal LIKE WTFFF.. I get a email telling me to take a selfie with my ID in my hand ,, I been did that and they havent responded to me yet and my account is LOCKED!! All because I WON MY bet !!!! This is ridiculous, account is restricted and my winnings are stuck in my account can you guys please help me this is not fair they dont have. Draftkings has no customer service there to help. I need to access my account but unable too. They lock accounts and make it nearly impossible for me access my account or to close an account properly. Customers funds sit in the company's bank with little to no hope of receiving the funds back.Business Response
