I attempted to make a purchase during CNCPTSs advertised 40% Off Spring Sale, which stated the promotion was valid through 4/***** the time of checkout, no clear cutoff time or item exclusions were communicated on the website or during checkout.The discount code failed to apply properly despite the sale still being active and all items being confirmed sale items during the promotional period.I contacted ****** customer support immediately and made multiple good-faith attempts to resolve the issue.Rather than address the real concern of unclear promotion terms and a malfunctioning code, CNCPTS cited irrelevant Terms of Service language and ultimately closed the conversation without providing a resolution.This experience demonstrates misleading advertising practices and a refusal to honor basic customer service standards.I am requesting CNCPTS honor the originally advertised 40% discount on the items I attempted to purchase during the valid sale window.Initial Complaint

Worst customer service they answered with generic answers and no explanation and now wont answer me for three business days. I thought this was a reputable company but I suppose not. Its been 10 business days to ship one item they blame their recent sale but to be fair I havent seen one person raving about the sale. Seems like a scam with this company theyve only offered me a refund and the product is still in site not my fault you had a sale you couldnt keep up with. Was sent a ******************************** hat from them but was sent a defected print , the symbol in the pictures shows the Dali with 1968 at the top of the hat mine is at the brim and half way on upside down , I tried reaching out to the company to get a new one shipped out to me and was told Thank you, *****. We looked into this item, along with other items from the same collection that we received from the manufacturer. Due to the randomness of the fabric print, each piece is sewn together differently creating a limited piece. The item is returnable if you'd like to return it. but even if each print is different the logo should not be upside down and half way on the hat I paid 65 dollars and they seem to not care. Purchased mugs from this company 12/2/23 and they are defective. They are already rusting! Reached out to the company for assistance and they wouldnt accept a return for their defective product!Business Response

On 9-3-23 I ordered a pair of New Balance Womens Fresh Foam More Trail v3 sneakers in WHITE, size 5. On 9-9-23 I received sneakers in the wrong color (Reflection/Faded Teal). Tried calling their number for hours. Busy signal. Sent email that day stating that I received the wrong sneakers. I could have bought what they sent from Amazon for $159.99 and free shipping. I was willing to pay their price of $160.00 plus $10 shipping to get the all white sneakers. I received an email from Patric with Concepts on 9-12-23 apologizing for the mix up. He said he would send a prepaid return label after I sent him a photo of the packing slip which stated that the shoes they sent were the white one, and of the wrong sneakers sent which I did. I heard nothing back and sent another email on 9-14-23 and as of today, 9-20-23 I have still had no response. I have tried calling their number more times than I can count and it is always busy. So I am out $170.00 and I have a pair of sneakers that I didnt order. I cannot afford to be throwing away $170.00 on something that I didnt order. I am very upset by this. I have fortunately never dealt with a company like this. I have been ghosted by an International company that I thought was legit. Clearly it is not. The order Number for this purchase is #******. After reviewing the order, it appears we had a glitch in our email system that delayed a prompter response to the Complainant. Once we were able to review the Complainant's follow-up email, we provided a return label (which was sent 3 business days ago) to Complainant. Once the return has been fully processed, Complainant will receive a full refund and will be notified via e-mail.

On May 25, I placed an order through Concepts online platform for 3 pairs of shoes and 1 t-shirt, Order #******, totally $305.9. Upon receiving the package on June 1st, I immediately noticed several discrepancies that raised concerns about the authenticity of the shoes. The overall quality and craftsmanship of the shoes were significantly inferior to what I expected from genuine products. Most importantly, the number of lace holes differs. I am having trouble with Concepts' customer service as they are only willing to accept a return for the shoes with different lace holes, while I would like to return all of the items due to their poor quality. I was interested in a product on the Concepts International website. I noticed the item was on sale so I sent a message asking if the item would be returnable for a refund if it did not work. The return policy was a little confusing and said if it said "final sale" it was not returnable but my item did not say "final ****" but to be sure I asked for clarification. I received a response saying it was returnable. I placed the order and the item was shipped. When I reached out to return the item because of the fit they said the item was not returnable. I provided them with the documentation I received from one of their employees stating otherwise and they responded by saying that was incorrect information. I asked if an exception could be made due to incorrect information being provided by one of their representative and I was told unfortunately not. I even escalated to a manager and was told the same thing. The product was a $300 pair of shoes and I was even willing to pay the shipping back and was told no exception would be made.Customer Answer

On December 2nd, I purchased a product from Concepts Int's website. My credit card was charged successfully. On December 13th, Concepts cancelled my online order stating "We are unable to satisfactorily confirm the security of the payment method being used on this purchase". This is a false statement as my card was initially charged successfully, and this card is my main card that I make multiple online purchases with each week.I contacted their customer service who responded a day later providing that same quote I pasted in above. It was literally a cut and paste from their cancellation email. I have made two more attempts to receive further explanation but have not received a response. The business's response of "Concepts CS cancelled this order for violation of our terms and in connection with our fraud prevention efforts" requires more detail and clarification.
The response states that I as the customer did two things wrong: (1) Violation of terms and (2) Violation in connection with fraud prevention efforts
First: What Term did I violate? I see that your Terms provide you, the business, with the right to cancel an order at your sole discretion. In my opinion, that ************************* term is very anti-customer, stating you can dictate what customers you serve without any true rationale.
Second: Violated Fraud Prevention Efforts - How? I used a credit card that is in perfect standing - sending to my rightful billing address. There is no fraud here.
