      We are unsure what the request is based on the complaint filed. You currently have an active Cook's Country subscription which was last billed on Nov 12, 2021. I see you also had a cookbook series, but it was cancelled and refunded in November 2021.

      When ****** Magazine ceased publication, I subscribed in January 2019 to use the America's Test Kitchen multi-site website for a set annual fee. Thirty days before the subscription is set to renew, I receive an email reminder and am told that if I want to cancel, I need to do that online. In my effort to cancel, according to the instructions that ATK posts on its website, I read that I needed to fill in my account number. A picture of a ****************** label was the sample they listed to help me identify where to find the account number. This was a red flag, because the magazine ceased publication when it went digital. So, I looked on my digital account page and there's no account number listed. The *** are a loop that lead nowhere.Now I'm beginning to think this is a scam. What should my next step be?

      I'm sorry for the confusion - we do continue to print our physical magazine, but you had signed up for online access to our website, which is a different product. I apologize for any frustration this has caused. I have cancelled and issued a full refund for the account. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to post. Please let us know if you need any further assistance

      I bought a multi-site membership from America's Test Kitchen in November last year. On November 11 of this year, I I received a message from them confirming that my membership will be renewed on Nov 29, 2021 for $74.95 ($98,29 in ******** dollars). I didnt want to renew so I wrote customer support on November 15, 2021 to cancel my subscription. No answer. On November 30, my card was charged 74,95$. Wrote them again to ask them to refund me since I didnt what to renew in the first place. Still no response. There is no way to cancel my subscription on line. Those people are unreachable. This feels like a trap. I want that membership cancelled and I want my money back.

      As many others here I started with trial membership.. for whatever reason the membership didn't get canceled correctly and I was charged an automatic renewal of $74 back on December 8th 2020. I logged on as soon as I realized it to remove my card information and emailed customer service to cancel my account and thought it was taken care of. On may 25th I received an email from them promoting me to come back acknowledging that my account was no longer active and wanting me to return that I did not respond to. On August 2nd 2021 I received an email from them requesting that I update my payment information that I did not respond to. I checked my email this morning and opened one of their many emails by chance to find out that they reloaded all of my prior outdated payment information, they created new expiration dates ect.. and rescheduled me for another $74 December 8th renewal payment. I have emailed them and waiting a response yet that obviously didn't work last time.. I feel that this is definitely predatory marketing

      We're so sorry for the frustration. We weren't able to find an email requesting cancellation prior to November 8. 2021 from your email address. We have cancelled and refunded your membership in full - you will not be charged again unless you sign up for another term. Please allow **** business days for the refund to process
