It is a shame that you have an employee by the name of ************* that has taken on the role of God Almighty! He has a check from ******************** written to Alacrity, parent ** of ********* Restoration Xperts to be"Endorsed Only"and sent back to Alacrity. This **mpany restored our home after an accidental fire under our home, caused by an faulty furnace. We had sent him all of the Adjuster's reports that we had from **********, and he still refuses to endorse the check!! He still sends Emails that he wants the **mplete report. I've had enough!!I gave him the adjuster's name and phone number. This is Not Hometap's money nor my money! These people did a wonderful job on our home and they need their money! This happened April 6. This is a"Shameful and Pitiful"way to do business, and I don't want to talk to ************* again!! Please! Somebody in that office help me to get this **mpany paid!!By the way, our Adjuster's name is *********************** with State Farm.Review from Dave C

Less than 1 Star! What a waste of time! Don't trust anything you hear or see from anyone at this company! On the first call they sold us a good game with smooth talk and a fancy website, BUT, when it came down to it they don't do their homework! We are perfect clients for this company with great credit and a huge amount of equity in our home but *************************** at HomeTap said our house is in a Trust, but it's not! My wife and I own it as Joint Tenants under our personal names. My belief is that they needed an excuse to be discriminatory based on our age, and this was it.

Hometap was great to work with and was exactly what we were looking for... We were planning on selling our house in 2-3 yrs but needed cash for a medical emergency and being retired we didn't have the income to get a loan so Hometap allowed us to borrow from our future equity without any payments. The process was smooth, quick and painless thanks to our manager ****, great job.Hometap Response

Hometap made this a simple process. Their website and tools made it very easy to follow along with the steps for obtaining our investment offer. ****** was very easy to work with throughout the entire process. He was friendly and answered our questions. He frequently communicated with us while obtaining our initial estimate to the actual signing of our investment agreement.Hometap Response

My agent was very helpful. He explained every step and walk be through the process. He also keep me informed what was needed to make the process successful . iHometap is good way to access money from our equity to upgrade our kitchen something that we been needing to do. Project. I worked with ********* and she was fantastic. Apart from a few snafus on the application with my insurance company (missing a few things ************* and the fact that their auditors work odd hours and aren't always available, the process was pretty smooth. I would recommend Hometap to anyone not qualified for a HELOC but I would advise only to use this option if you plan on selling within 3-4 years. The money they take becomes pretty large the longer you wait. Do your research.Hometap Response
