On September 20th I placed an order online for a ******** captain black centennial jersey. I paid $269.99 which has been charged and processed by my bank, so the order did indeed go through. On their website it states that tracking for orders is sent 1-2 days after ordering. I reached out via email and called both the local and toll free number during their business hours. Nobody answered my email, nobody answered the phone. There's been no correspondence what so ever. I go to ****** to look the company up (I initially came across them via the Boston bruins *** site) and I see multiple recent one star reviews claiming the same thing I'm experiencing, buying expensive items and never receiving them. I would prefer to have the item I ordered as I would like the authentic centennial jersey. Or I want a refund.Initial Complaint

Paid for Route Package Protect to ensure delivery. Per Route Protect, an item was delivered on 4/14. Upon checking ***** tracking, a photo was taken by the delivery driver of the tee and nothing else. Inside of the tee package, the packing slip stated that the items ship separately. Attempts have been made by e-mail and phone to contact the Boston Pro Shop as well as a review left on their website for a hopeful response, but still no contact has been made on their behalf other than one e-mail shortly after the tee was received stating that the order has been partially fulfilled. Route Package Protect can no longer help as it has been past the range of dispute.Customer Answer

We ordered a ******************************* Signed / Autographed LE 20th Bruins Captain ***** on April 30, 2023. It cost $512.50. Was told it would take 1-2 weeks to ship. After many emails and (unanswered) phone calls, finally received a tracking number June 5th. Our order was supposedly delivered to somewhere in ********. Unfortunately, it was supposed to be sent to *******. We have emailed and called numerous times since then and have received no response. Order no. is *****. Tracking no. ************. Ordered from bostonproshop.com an affiliate of their store on April 18th. Product was $184 + tax =$195.75 (and I included their route package protection.) Product number #***** It's now May 24th. No tracking number, no product. I've emailed several times (like 5 or 6) with only 1 reply stating: The photograph is going to be shipped directly to you from the third party company. I am writing after leaving multiple messages and emails on your website the past few months. I bought a sweatshirt (order # *****) as a Christmas present for my son and it was too small. I sent it back as a exchange 1/6/23 for a size XXL. Since January, I have not received the exchanged sweatshirt or any communication as to if this size was available. I have spent many frustrating months chasing this gift for my son and am hoping to have some resolution. I was hoping to speak to someone this morning on the customer service line and the memory was full, rendering me unable to leave a message. On 11/12/2022 I purchased at Boston Bruins Retro jersey for $265.20 and have as of this complaint not received the item ordered or a refund. The item was guaranteed to be shipped for a Christmas 2022 delivery. On 12/23/22 the only message ever received from the company said the merchandise would not be delivered and to be patient with the company as they were trying to process all orders. Since mid-January we have called the consumer number on the website many times and have only been able to leave messages. 4 Emails have been sent and no replies not even to say our email was received and is being processed, nothing. I ordered a sweatshirt on line on 11/17/2022 at a cost of $90.00 plus $0.98 for "route package protection". The sweatshirt did not fit my son. Ordered a 2022 reverse retro pooh bear jersey from Boston proshop on Nov 8th 2022 money withdrawn on Nov 11th 2022 orders were to be shipped starting Nov 15th 2022,I've been waiting for 16 weeks now for this jersey, they sent one...on Dec 9th of 2022 it was defective...I sent it back on Dec 12th 2022 at 9 Am est they received it....Now have been waiting all this time for my replacement Jersey....1000 phone calls numerous E mails, txt messages, they still have not contacted me....I sent photos of defective Jersey ***** the return label sent by E MAIL.... I have not gotten a response from anyone in all this time.....so frustrated, erritated. ******, Angry....
