    My wife and I recently spend 12 days in **** and the ************ and paid Bella Vista over $11,000 for the trip "land only." While we enjoyed ***** very much, I would never recommend Bella Vista to anyone. The telephone numbers listed on the Itinerary are either not valid or no one answers. Their itinerary is vague, confusing and at times misleading. The worst part of the BellaVista experience was that they picked ** up from the ******************* in **** for an excursion to ************* and at the end of the tour there was no one there to bring ** back to the hotel, and it was raining like crazy. I had made them aware of my mobility issues and told them that I was traveling with a ****** and yet they just left us there to fend for our selves like stray dogs and of course their partner was not answering the phone. When I returned and provided my feed back to BellaVista, the "managing partner" April, replied that in looking at her paperwork, there was no provision there to bring us back to the hotel. What does the paperwork have to do with it? It is common sense and an OBLIGATION to bring guests back to where you pick them up from or at the very least let the traveler know that they have to make their own return arrangements. You don't just abandon travelers in a foreign country somewhere.
