    I had Liberty Mutual as my auto and rental insurance. I moved from ** to *******. I claimed residency on March *******. I believe it was sometime in April that I contacted Liberty Mutual to inform them of my change. My premium went up after that call by $70. At that point I had not changed my state auto plates because the registration fees here are very expensive (nearly $900 for me) and my WI plates were good until September 2024. When I went to buy my new plates and pay for registration, I was informed I needed to present my auto insurance binder. I called Liberty Mutual for it. I was informed that they do not service my area and could not provide a binder. I quickly secured another agency and stopped payment on Liberty Mutual. Liberty Mutual then demanded that I owed them more $ because I didn't inform them quickly enough. Even though one of their agents had told me I didn't need to because they automatically would receive word of it through some Insurance grape vine (?).I spoke with a supervisor and he insisted that if I didn't pay them I would be sent to collections by 10/25/2024. I attempted to see if there was still a n *** on my account on 10/21/2024. There was not even an account to open on their site. I assumed that it was just a bullying tactic and that the matter was ended. Now I am receiving threatening collection notices.

    The insurance company added a totally unknown person (******* ***) to my auto insurance policy (X6049993) December 2023. I just recently realized this change and called Bolt Access (the agent) to ask them to remove this unknown person from my policy and give me a refund for the falsely added premium so far, but they denied to get me a refund because I realized it too late. I think this is not right, and want Liberty mutual insurance to handle this and make it right.

    as an insured being over 10 years missed a payment and the company has not only canceled my insurance also not writing a new insurance

    Correction to my home insurance profile that I have 2 home insurance claims in the last 3 years. I have 1 claim only in the last 3 years and spoke to an LM agent previously to correct. They did not correct the issue which blocks me from getting another home insurance quote or coverage.

    When our policy with Liberty Mutual renewed at double our prior rate, I inquired as to the reason behind the increase. Liberty Mutua claimed their vendor , ***********, had tickets under my spouses name we were not aware of. Per their guidance, my spouse took off 2 days of work to get his record from *** and from the county courthouse for Liberty Mutual to fix his record. He did have to do this twice- despite supplying what was requested the first time, Liberty Mutual changed what was needed causing him to need to go to the *** and courthouse a second time. After the second time, Liberty Mutual claimed they couldnt fix ***** Nexis anyway and sent us to them directly to fix my spouses driving record. We began to get other insurance quotes- of the 3 other agencies we called, none of them had these unknown tickets on my spouses record. To me, that is lack of 3rd party oversight from Liberty Mutual, not to mention a horrible customer experience. I called on 6/17 to completely cancel with Liberty Mutual. The agent asked why I was cancelling and could care less about the grief they had caused us. Clearly he didnt care about service either, because today a huge sum for the ins premium service as debited from my bank account despite having his confirmation the policy was canceled. When we called Liberty Mutual today, they claimed they emailed a form I needed to fill out- why was this not mentioned in the call? Furthermore, I checked my email and have no such communication. The amount of the ins payment today is my mtg payment and may cause my acct to overdraft. Liberty Mutual is claiming they wont give the money back for another 14 days. I have absolutely no faith Liberty Mutual will do the right thing at this point or even tell me the same thing twice. I am bringing in the Better Business Bureau to ensure Liberty Mutual handles this quickly as they have caused us a lot of problems due to their lack of ethics.
