Thank you for passing this along. I have responded from the initial case and notes from our conversation with *******. We had reached out back on September 12th via email, and never received a response. I have included my email to ******* below. We will correspond with ******* directly on a resolution upon her reply. The email address would show as follows: Truly Hard ******* <*************************************************************>. If ******* is not seeing it, it could have been caught in a spam folder.

    Dear *******,

I am following back up from your submission on BBB and resending the note that Tova had send along back in September. Very sorry that there was a miscommunication there.

Tova had reached out on September 12th asking for the following information. I am not sure if you would still have any of the cans that you had an issue with. However if you do, there is one additional piece of information that can be useful to us if you have it: the inkjet code. This code is in dotted letters and numbers and is located on the bottom of the can and looks similar to this number format: P0181095043. This will allow us to trace everything we need to know about this can, back to when it was filled.

    Cheers,

    Dear ***********,

We are very sorry that there was something in your can of Twisted Tea Original other than our hard iced tea. We take the quality of our products very seriously, and while I am not sure what went wrong in this particular case, I have alerted our Quality Team to investigate this problem further; from the photos you provided, they should have all the information that they need to do so.

I have also gone ahead with a refund for some new cans Twisted Tea Original. Please allow 3-4 week for the check to arrive. Again, we are very sorry that this happened, and appreciate you taking the time to let us know, we are sincerely thankful for your help.

    Cheers,

I felt cheated by this beer company .There's a promo run by Samuel Adams called Shot For *** , where you get seven dollars in some kind of electronic currency from them through some app named Cash App. After you send a picture of vaccination for their beer promo you can use those money to buy a free beer from them. Before, never heard from that app before. OK, so I download that app, and I messaged Samuel Adams that my new Cash App is $ hrbgee where you can send the $7. However, there was something wrong with the Cash App, and I don't know much about it since this is newer compared to PayPal. Been waiting for such a long time and no response. Just want the to fulfill their promise and send the $7 to my cash app again. Tried to find their BBB business and it was hard to locate because they are under a different name. So it took a very long time to file this omplaint. It looks like they are just scam artists as they are a multi-million dollars corporation that doesn't want to pay one of their patrons as promised. They just want to keep the cash as they don't feel like paying. So it feels like a cheap shot of promoting their booze for free.

We are unable to find any record of Herb's DMs on ******* or Instagram. Yet, Herb must have posted on ******* and entered as we did send him a payment. However, the payment was not accepted so it later expired.

The Cash-Tag provided in this correspondence was incorrect, though we were able to find him on the app anyway at $hrbge (one e).  Screen shots attached.

In summary though, it is apparent there was some trouble with the technical side in Cash-App. We have submitted another Cash-App payment for $14 (two beers on ***) for the trouble and inconvenience to the Cash-Tag $hrbge. Herb will have to accept the payment for it to be complete.
