    I ordered the wig on 11/24/2023 & I paid $167.20 for it. I ordered the wig as a gift for my mother who is going thru breast cancer. When the wig arrived, my mother tried it on but didn't like it because it was too full and too long for her. I reached out to Express Wigs and they asked me to send them pictures of the wig along with the circumference of the cap. After sending them the photos on 12/27/2023, they replied back and said I could return the wig for a refund because they made the wig according to the options I picked out. I emailed them again yesterday evening and today but I have not heard back from them. All I want is my money back so I can help my mother.

    Ordered a wig on 8/25/2023 and paid via Klarna for 4 installments of $42.24. The order was confirmed and payments were processed. I attempted to reach out to this company for an estimated shipping date but no response. Every time I attempted to call, a text message was sent saying that they were with a customer and to send an inquiry via text. I did several times and only once did I get a response on October 4th saying that a tracking number would be sent the following week. As of this date 10/27/2023, I have not received the item. I contacted ****** and they told me that they have opened up an inquiry and are waiting on a response from the company.
