    Pool was installed with a guarantee, at the price of roughly 130k. Immediately the pool began leaking and company was notified. Continued communication has resulted in no repairs and tile is now crumbling off the pool, the caulking has come loose around the entire perimeter allowing mold growth and creating a trip and fall hazard, there is a hole near the skimmer which allows water to flow out feeling rendering the skimmer function unusable, I tried to get them to do mediation and that was refused, they simply need to make the repairs or pay another company to do so.

    Thanks for reaching out with this concern. I told the customer I was willing to fix the section of tile around the skimmer, any leak around the skimmer if there is one and the caulk in the joint below coping. Then I found out she was taking legal action and put the repairs on hold until further consulting my lawyer. Im still willing to give her complimentary repairs on the above issues if Jenn agrees to sign off on having us on her property as well as sign off on completion of the repairs.

    I have been asking for a resolution and repair since august of 2023. I sent repeated texts and was told the owner would stop by several times. I was also told he would schedule a repair several times. I gave him over a year before filing a BBB complaint. I did not start legal action, I asked the company to participate in mediation to come to a resolution and he declined. At this point, Ive lost two ******* with my pool, and had to have another company fix the tile, and skimmer so that it will be usable next summer. Ive spent additional money diagnosing the issues and maintaining the pool water level, dealing with the pump running dry due to leaking. ****** price was non responsive/slow to respond and didnt show up when scheduled, multiple times. At this point Id like a partial refund for the costs of ongoing repairs of the pool.

    Hello, I have received the letter from Mr *********************** lawyer and spoke with him yesterday. At the lawyers request I am gathering all costs associated with the faulty pool, as well as an estimate for the missing fire pit and a list of remedies with a proposed timeline. I also will send the lawyer at his request a draft demand letter, and sent him the contract we signed in 2022 for the work done in 2023. Im told the lawyer will propose a financial and in kind remedy agreement after the holidays. 
    He has been very helpful.
