company goes through 3rd parties and charge you. back in 2017 i got a policy with them and later cancelled the policy but they wouldnt let me cancel and they never answer the phone when you call them. but they sure called me back this year to try to get me to renew my policy. the rep i got a hold of today was extremely rude and aggressive and lashing out at me for not wanting to renew but asking about my refund from the years i was being charged. this company is a scam and please dont sign up for their extended warranty they will use scare tactics to force you on a plan

Yes. I had been a customer of sunpath since 2022. Now that my 430I BMW has a radiator issue. They refuse to fix my car which has been in the shop now for over 2 weeks. All because they wanna know how my vehicle got towed to BMW of little rock. Wanting a receipt all of a sudden or a video of my vehicle being towed. I paid outta pocket because the roadside assistant number doesn't exist anymore. My contract with them is still active as of now. My name is Derrick Ross. They are refusing to cover my warranty. I need help and I'm missing doctors appointments and providing food for my elderly mother. I truly need someone to contact them to fix my car please.

This is an Auto warranty company denying rear wheel bearing because it was driven a couple weeks on bearings needing replaced they are saying in their clause that because I drove the car it made the bearings worse. how does one even know they are bad until you get into the shop to get it looked at. I purchased the better plan they offered which was the vest plan available to not have these issues. which is supposed to cover way more than the average auto owner....or so they say. They didnt even know I have had a policy for over a year with them and couldnt find the VIN of the car at first. Anyone who knows about automotive knows you can drive on bad wheel bearings a year or more before they finally give out. In this case because the beraings are sealed unit there is no servicing it, and there are no individual parts that would cause these bearings to cost the company more money to repair, it started a hum/grinding noise was they claim this made it worse by driving it. Wheel bearings that are bad are drivable for sometime. Because they are sealed, there are no other parts that were caused any further damage monetarily to the claim, once a noise starts on wheel bearing its time to replace whether it be one day, or two months. They used their open ended contractual clause in a twisted fashion to deny the claim which is what this company does regularly.

Brought my subau into dealer for rear wheel bearings. Dealer called ofr authorization and they said they didnt have our VIN in the system. , Somehow they eventually found it under my nmae with theVIN typed in wrong. After so called authorization I get a phone call from someone asking on or about 15 questions on how long the issue was going on any lights on dash, did it need towed, any vibrations, was the front end feeling weird, is the alignment n off,how many miles on it, I said I didnt know for sure butthe dealer would give it to them and she insisted on a numberetc. This was very odd and tells me this company was looking for a way to get out of doingthe job.

Never ever go with this company, I have been waiting for a year to get a refund on a plan I canceled.

I bought a plan and canceled within 2 weeks. Have been trying to get my refund for almost a year. They keep saying it is going to be sent soon

I traded in my vehicle that still had 14 months and 62,000+ miles of coverage. I was told that I was entitled to some of my original purchase back as I no longer needed the coverage. I submitted all paperwork on Feb 21, 2023 and was told it would take 6 - 8 weeks to have a check mailed out to me. On May 24, 2023 I called after sending an email with no response, to see what the status was on my reimbursement. Now I'm told it takes 8 - 12 weeks (which has already passed) and they can't even tell me if I'm even getting a reimbursement of my overpayment for coverage I did not use. This doesn't even count the amount of money I had to pay out of pocket for a rental that they did not cover due to their lack of timeliness on responding to the dealership on my repairs. They also word their coverage so that any major engine damage is not covered due to technicalities (hence my new vehicle).

My Vehicle has been at a Dealership since September 2022. SunPath is not providing a motor needed to repair my vehicle and continues to lie during each conversation. NEVER EVER USE THIS COMPANY..; JR the person I speak with has told many lies to myself as well as the Dealership regarding my vehicle. JR has become unavailable now per Rich. THIS IS SO un-American. JR , Rich ,I’ve spoken with Now I’ve been advised the claim mgr Larry is not in today. Rather convenient… DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY..!!!!!!’

Dealing with SunPath has been very easy. They always answer my questions in a timely matter. I did recently make a claim and while SunPath did not cover all the work that needed to be done, they did quickly advise my repair shop what would be covered and paid them so that my car was done in one day. Aside from the items that were not covered, I am very pleased with SunPath.

I am completely satisfied with everything that this company has done the response time to the dealership was excellent but I'm still waiting approval on something else
