    If I could give them zero stars I would. A technician came to our house to clear our dryer vent. He was over an hour late. When he realized that our dryer was on the second floor he said that he didn't have a ladder high enough to clean it from the outside, so he would have to do it from the inside. He did the cleaning and informed me that our vent hose was broken. I asked if he could fix it (seems like something a **** vent guy could fix pretty easily) and he said "no", but I could fix it easily myself. It was in fact not an easy fix so I had to have him come back to do it. He left the area dirty and he didn't replace the washer and dryer in their proper places. A couple of weeks later our handyman was cleaning the gutters and noticed that the outside piece that fits over the vent was missing (broken pieces were all over the patio) and the cylinder inside the hose was broken. I called Mass Air Duct and asked to have someone come back and fix what had been broken by their technician. They informed me that he no longer works for them (not my problem) and they would have to have a manager call me back within 1-2 business days. I have called 5 times this week and have yet to get a call back from a manager. So in the meantime, I have a hole in my house that is just waiting for animals to nest. This business is joke. Do not use them. They will break your vent and then ghost you. Total waste of money.
