              I am a patient of ************************** at the enclosed address. On 9/29/2023 I had 6 month checkup as required by ******** and ************** ordered lab work to be done. I had the lab work done and now I am receiving an invoice from Quest Diagnostics for the lab work. I have had lab work done before and after the date shown and never received a bill for the lab work. I have been in contact with the doctor's ****** several times, spoken to the ****** manager, and was told that it would be taken care of with no results. I even emailed Signature Healthcare feedback twice with no callback or email to acknowledge they would help with this problem. Attached, please find a copy of the invoice.Thank you *************

              Never going back. After having two different MD's over the course of several years, neither of which I felt listened to me or had interest in my health, the straw that broke the camels back was at my last physical. Scheduled a year ahead, I show up and they tell me they have no record of my appointment. The receptionist logs into the 'old system' and finds my appointment for that day and time... Their system error is my problem because the doctor is too busy to see me that day, come back on X date and time. The new date arrives, I show up and I'm told that can't be right the doctor doesn't even work that day. They wrote down the appointment wrong, and I needed to return 2 days later. Finally - third visit and I actually see the MD. I ask some questions about my ongoing allergies, and they charge me for a sick visit. I will never step foot in this place again. The doctors aren't engaged, it's basically a medicine factory, and not even a good one. I consider it a snapshot of everything wrong with the ** medical system all in one place.
