    They told me to send the item back. I sent it back. They promised a full refund and they never issued a refund even after I sent the item back.

    it was promised that I would be refunded. I have multiple **** messages that promise a refund if returned even after the time elapsed. Is that not a lie? Is that okay? From looking at your reviews I can see that is normal practice for how you do business.

    Bought fender flares off of ****. When the package arrived at my house. It was not fender flares it was a letter saying there is another tracking number. Which did not exist. I paid over 200 dollars for fender flares. And got nothing but a letter with a lie printed on it.

    Sorry *** and if you read that letter, you would have received a PHONE number ************ to contact us during business hours MONDAY-FRIDAY 8am - 2pm EST, a number to TEXT us ************ DURING BUSINESS HOURS 8am - 2pm EST and our email address ********************************** to reach us anytime. There is no need to file a BBB complaint. All you have to do is reach out to us. You could also have sent an message on **** which we also would or will respond DURING BUSINESS HOURS 8am-2pm EST. Therefore, if you need any assistance, please contact us DURING BUSINESS HOURS MONDAY-FRIDAY 8am - 2pm EST. If you try to reach us during NON BUSINESS HOURS, we will NOT be able to respond until the next business day. Does this make sense? 

    In regards to your order and as you may have not read, the letter is supposed to arrive after the item, there are times it arrives prior and we ask you to wait or contact us. We show your item will be delivered Saturday 9/14/2024

    After purchasing an item from this companys **** account, it did not fit as expected and did not work for what I needed. I asked the company to return it and refund my money, to which they constantly harassed me with 5 AM phone calls and text messages trying to get me to cancel my return and ignore **** policy. after **** finally stepped in to send me a return label, the company once again, started to harass and call me because they would now have to pay for the return shipping. Which, of course is the **** policy. Xtreme Trux proceeded to create a fake ****** account to leave a negative feedback for my company. my company has never done work for them or for any employee of theirs. They also proceeded to leave negative feedback for two other peoples companies who had left negative feedback for them on ****. This is slander. This was an attempt to harm my business with lies, and telling people not to allow me into their homes. This will affect my business, and there will be a lawsuit against Xtreme Truck. I have multiple text messages in which they asked me to break and go against **** policy, as well as text messages being called a liar and other names. Extreme trucks also proceeded to call me a liar on the business review that they illegally posted.

    This person is a liar, ***** and a thief. He attempted to cheat  the system to avoid paying shipping. In  the end **** steppe din and refunded him, remove dhis neg feedback and refunded him against our suggestion. We will not do business with him, he should be banned from **** and any other ecommerce site. H's like Covid, a disease!

    I bought fender flares described as, "OEM textured." They arrived and they were smooth. I asked for a refund and to return the item. They told me that the description was accurate and they wouldn't refund my money. I involved ***** **** forced them to send a shipping label. xtremetrux refused to schedule a pickup. I explained to them that I live in an area without a *** location and required a pickup. Still nothing. **** scheduled the pickup on their behalf. I told the company, "We're expecting a massive snowstorm in a few days, please get this picked up. It's sitting outside waiting." No reply. Finally after the storm was over (10 days) *** picked it up. The company received the product back, but still refuses to refund my CC. I have filed a fraud complaint against them. Do not buy anything from them.

    He was refunded in FULL, there's nothing else to discuss. He is inconsiderate, lied to **** and was mad at us because he took too long to send the item back and we still refunded him in full! I will not respond to this again! What more does he want, blood, my first born etc.?

    On Jan 18, 2023, I purchased painted Granite ********************* OE (Origninal Equipment) style fender flares from Extreme Truk for my 2023 Ram ****. Upon arrival and unboxing it was discovered the product did not fit the new style of Ram released for 2023. I contacted xtremetruk and informed them that the product was mis advertised and with the current trim added to the 2023 Ram model significant changes need to be completed for the flares to properly fit. Xtremetruck insisted they fit; however, I provided them several pictures showing the difference in the 2022 model vs the 2023 model. I was aware of the companies no return policy on the product, however, that is for a product that is properly being advertised. Extreme Truk informed me to return the via mail didn't identify that I would be responsible for the $183.00 return fee, especially since the product being sold did not fit my vehicle, the responsibly should rest with them. I have spoken to ****** recently and she wanted me to pay for missing hardware and a cracked flare. Stating upon return one item was cracked and missing hardware. When I inquired which flare was cracked, she stated it was the driver's side, however, I only attempted to install the front passenger, at this time I found the business was attempting to take advantage of me. Lastly, Extreme Truk kept informing me not to use the stock screws for install, however, the directions provided by the fender manufacture provided instructions that challenged their directions and the title of their product for sale states OE for original equipment provided by Ram which is also false, and you can see in my communication exchanges the instructions contradict the instructions I received from Xtreme Truk. I am requesting a refund of the purchase price and the shipping!

    Sorry you had an issue. As per our ad it does state ***** models only may require some modification at the bottom due to an unpainted molding on certain models. We agreed to take the flares back however, because our ad did state this , there was a restocking fee.

    I ordered a **** F250 Super Duty Grille from Xtreme Trux through **** in July of 2022. They sent me a grille for a ***** truck. When I contacted them to return it they said they would send me a prepaid label. When it was first shipped it was through ***** but the return label they sent was for the US ************ when I took it to the post office they said the item was to big and they would not ship it. In addition the return label wasnt even to Xtreme Trux or their address(photo attached). After contacting the company again to get a proper label since it would cost $300 out of pocket to ship myself they informed me they would issue another label, which they never did. They strung me along saying it would be sent to get past the return date, then stopped responding. I have called and sent multiple emails with no response. Now I am stuck with a grille for a truck I dont have and out $200.00. I want this company to make this right and send a ***** return label and refund my money as promised.

    Hello, back in July we spoke with the customer via **** messaging and last we heard we sent a return label and on 8/8/2022 was the last time we heard from the buyer. We never heard it didnt work or there was an issue still. We also tried to call the buyer multiple times and his number was out of service and he never provided a new number to contact him and since we never rcvd an email or a response to our last message on 8/8/22 we assumed all was well. Its now way past 30 days which is our return policy period. There is little we can do now. If you want to send the item back to us, and its new and undamaged we will still refund you. The label we sent is no longer valid you will need to pay for shipping a this point. We already paid for one that was never used and we cant pay for another now that it is 6 months later. Your best bet is to list the item on ******** marketplace and sell it locally to recoup your monies or send it back for a full refund. We also asked back in July if you wanted the correct item sent to you and you declined then. I hope this resolves your issues and please feel free to call us ************ M-F 8am-2pm est.

    Xtreme Trux, attached are the emails from 8/8/22 with the only response from you being "use the label" which we made clear many times that the post office would not accept. We left several messages with no return phone calls from anyone, which I'd be more then willing to show proof with cell phone records. We have spoken with **** multiple times in the last few months to try to get this resolved but without your cooperation there hands are tied. And now for you to said to pay to send it back which has been the issue since the beginning shows awful business practices. Its unfortunate that we had to come to this to hopefully get this resolved but from seeing from other complaints we are not the only ones that have had the same issue with your company. I hope you do the right thing and honor this return with a proper return label and refund.
