    If I could give 0 stars I would. I don't know how many times we tried to get in contact with *** to work on a variety of things. I filed my taxes January 27th, 2022 and did not get them back until May because apparently they were never sent in even though I called numerous times to check that they were. We needed a profit and loss for our business to be able to buy a house and were told to send the info and it would get done but it in fact did not, we ended up having to go to a different CPA. After 3 days of checking in, before going to another CPA, our phone number was blocked. We had $1000 in escrow we inquired about getting returned as we pulled out of the deal with the home and not one message was returned to us. We ended up having to personally go in to request the money back after numerous times of not receiving a phone call or message back about our money. It even went as far as us thinking a law firm had the escrow money, who then cc'd this company on emails about the missing money, to which they also did not reply to the email. A family member went to this company to get taxes done and ***, who we worked with, shared our personal financial information with them. To top it all off, a payment plan we attempted to get on with the *** was supposed to be set up, bank account info was given to *** and all, he stated we were all set and we did not see payments coming out of the account. I personally got in touch with the *** to set up a payment plan myself. Everytime we attempted to do business, after the initial conversation and request for what we needed, something would happen... (i.e., COVID, sick, pink eye, broke my neck, personal problem, the list goes on). I don't know how this company is still in business, its like they don't even work but instead answer phone calls (occasionally) and collect money with empty promises. This was the most stressful and unprofessional experience I have ever had with a company and would consider doing everything tax related my
