    *******************, so-called CEO of Certified Property Management is unresponsive 99% of the time. When he does respond, he is rude and unhelpful. This company takes management fees from buildings around the ****** area and does little to nothing to warrant the payment of these fees. Unfortunately the system is set up for companies like CPM to "rob" their residents blind. *********************************** is just as unhelpful and dismissive. She will not hesitate to scream and yell at customers over the phone. Companies like CPM should be shut down by the BBB rather than being allowed to continue to operate. Avoid this business at all costs.

    Incompetent company that only answers emails regarding the fees they are charging you. Had no working ac in my bedroom for the entire summer initial email about it was sent on June 9th, 2023. July 5th, someone was sent to check. Told the ac unit was outdated and faulty. It is now August 17th, never fixed and this summer on record was the hottest summer. CPM never answered another email again since we were told (7/5) by the company THEY sent that the system was faulty and outdated. Yet, CPM was quick to email and make sure we sent our move out check for their absurd. fees.
