      STAY AWAY! I requested a refund for an unused subscription but it's been over 30 days and they still haven't issued my refund. If you look up their email, it says you must contact support [@] preply but that email does not work and there is not phone number or any way to contact them except instant messaging on their website. I messaged them on their platform and they say "your refund has been issued, it might take up to 30 days". It's been well over 30 days. Like many others here, they rip you off! I will never go with them again.

      Like many of the reviewers here, I was excited to learn a new language, and that quickly soured. The first ***** changed the ****** time three times before we even started. I got a refund of $10.01 for my $12.30 trial ****** fee - the extra was a "processing fee." I got two weeks of good ******s with a teacher, then her schedule filled up and she started moving me around - every day would bring a new "teacher has rescheduled the ******" message and none of the times worked for me. I opted to transfer the remaining funds to a new ***** and I'm hoping I'll at least get some time with her for no more money until my remainder runs out but the prompts/replies on Preply are so confusingly worded that you can't tell what's going to happen. "Your new subscription with NAME starts on March 24!" I didn't want a new subscription - I wanted to transfer my funds, have some ******s, and then be done with Preply forever. At least I can block my credit card against them, but I have no idea what's going to happen in the meantime. STAY AWAY.

      Company OVERCHARGED me and there is NO **************** number to resolve billing issue and online Help/Chat is total crap! My tutor was fine, but I only needed a few lessons for a short, one-week visit abroad. I want a Refund, NOW.

      After paying for the subscription, this company refuses to give refund. The reason I asked for the refund was because the tutor kept canceling his classes. They have all kinds of reasons to not give you the refund. No phone number for customer service. They have online chat that is completely useless.

      Experienced tech issue during checkout which failed me from applying a discount code. Contacted them right away but had to wait for super long to get ************ transferred twice to a new agent during the conversation. No resolution. I can't even get full refund to recover this mistake due to their website issue(they want to keep the processing fee even for this case)They don't care about their customer. Terrible experience + service.

      Took my money for a single class. Didnt send me information on how to access the class. When I called them they said they could not find my email address so they could not help me.Then I learned from my credit card company they put me on recurring billing

      I ordered 3 ******s from Preply and they require payment in advance. My first ****** was scheduled for today at 11. I tried to log in for my class and the system would not allow me to log in after 30 attempts, so I missed my class with ******** There is no phone number on the website. in order to use help, you have to log in, which I could not do. The email reminder sent from my tutor had a "no reply", so I could not tell him I was not able to log in. The site uses a Captha log in credential which is ridiculous with text verification. I think they need help with technology because this is not working and very frustrating. I will never use them again.

      Absolutely terrible customer service. After years of taking lessons on the platform, I am no long able to continue due to health reasons. I asked to refund the remaining balance yet they refused. There is no reliable way to contact customer support and instead of helping, they continue pushing their services.

      Terrible customer service! Unsafe site with no screening of tutors. Tutors who creepily message you and told Preply and they do nothing about it and continue to let happen!!! This site needs close down.

      A female tutor falsely accused me of misconduct. Preply insist that have committed misdeeds on the platform. Won't let tutors that I have suncritions with vouch for me. What a horrible company and business model. Only partial refund for uncompleted lessons.Spent a little over 3000$ in total.
