              i purchased the Dragon software, install it in my computer and it does not work properly. I requested a refund to Amazon and they contacted the seller 4 times and I talked to them too, and they said that they were going to issue me a credit but they have not. I finance the purchase of this software that do not work with Affirm, which is a finance company for Amazon, and they refused to give me credit until I get a confirmation from the seller that they are going to refund me my $699.00 dollars of the purchased. The software simpl does not work, and it is of no used to me, and I need then to issued me credit for their deceptive sales of this product.

              On the evening of Friday July 8, 2022, I purchased one of Nuance's software packages over the phone via their customer service department, but it was too late in the day to download, in part because they were unable to deliver me a license key for about an hour after I gave them my credit card (is that so difficult?!). So I tried to download the software on Saturday only to find that their website is not up on Saturdays, or not working on the weekends, or whatever. When I clicked the download link that they emailed me, I received the following message:"The request is blocked.0yuzJYgAAAAAv+0Bf9wy7SbUtxLVjnKH5SE9VMzAxMDAwMTEwMDExAGEwYWQyNTliLWU1ODMtNDIzNi05ZTZlLTU1YTQ0MmVjZjY5NA=="Nuance has no customer service after hours or on weekends (which they did not have the courtesy to warn me about, when I ordered Friday night), and yet they are selling software that needs to be supported. I am a small business owner and I needed to utilize my purchase today but apparently the earliest I can hope to pressure them to fix this mess is this coming Monday.A dismal work ethic on their parts - no customer service AND no functioning website to fulfill customer orders. Portrait of a company not ready for prime time. I have nothing to show for the $162.38 that I spent. And there is nothing but one-star reviews on this BBB website. Not surprising.
