    While the process of obtaining my medication was without any issues, getting a refund was a whole another story. I had to call the company multiple times and was told many times that either my file couldn't be located, the system was down, or that I would receive a call back which I never did. It was not until I said I was going to file a claim with BBB that suddenly my refund was issued. However, it was still a few dollars shorter even though my insurance covered 100% of the claim!!!!! The reason provided was that it was a charge for PBM (pharmacy benefit manager), with explanation that I have co-pay on prescription. This would be fine if the insurance did not cover that charge, but they did! They paid every ***** this company submitted a claim for. Unfortunately, I am not sure if there is another place that works with my doctor for the next round of my IVF medication, so I am not really looking forward to dealing with them again.

    ******** customer service. They say they are going to ship medication then dont do it and charge you almost 1,000$ for medication

    Dealing with *** is hard enough without insurance forcing me to use Freedom Fertility Pharmacy. They lie, make promised cannot keep, cannot ship anything on time, and try to charge ridiculous prices when they were the ones who screwed up the prescription (they didn't send 3 boxes of meds and told me I could have then shipped for over $14K. All of them should have been part of a single $75 copay. They were the only place with the script incorrect as the insurance and doctor's office had it right). Friday into Saturday, in less than 24 hours, I spent north of seven hours on the phone with a dozen different staff at Freedom trying to fix this latest mistake, including with a three-way call with my doctor's office routed in Friday night. I was first promised shipping for Saturday to my home, then they said they couldn't do because they incorrectly processed the shipment as a new script instead of a fix to an existing one. Then I was promised shipping for Monday to the local *** store. The next day they called and *** wouldn't pick up on a weekend. So I had to scramble for a new solution since rural America has little options for ship to sites instead of home (which we have to do because they will not guarantee lost shipments if they are not signed for; been there and done that too). And the medication was needed for Monday! And this is just the latest example. Each time I deal with them, I have issues getting medication shipped in a timely manner, they have rude staff, and are inconsistent with information provided. I wish I could go back to using the pharmacy from before I have ************* coverage because one five-minute phone call, and everything was arranged and shipped out the next day. But, unfortunately, if I do that I have to pay tens of thousands of dollars instead of $75 ******.

    If zero stars were an option I would enter that. I was given the run around, lied to to multiple times; promised things were being shipped or that I would receive a call within 30 minutes and it would never happen.

    This company is irresponsible and negligent. I have been forced by my provider to use them through two IVF cycles now and let me just say that if I have to do another cycle, I will be changing fertility clinics specifically due to having to use this pharmacy. The most recent issue, placed an urgent order on Friday, was told that they would be sending next day delivery on Saturday. Never received my medication. Called Sun day morning, and sat on hold waiting for the rep to reach out to a "concierge" team to help find the meds so I could pick them. They kept trying to get me off the phone because they would call me back "within the next few hours." This medication is time sensitive, and cannot be missed. I asked why my order was not shipped to me on time and was told that "for some reason" it had never been processed on Friday. No explanation. Asked to be connected to a supervisor, sat on hold for another ridiculous period of time while they tried to find someone. Never was able to get a supervisor on the phone. Concierge team advised that I reach out to my dr to get instructions in case they could not get the medication to me within the day. It's insane. It's like no one at this company has any sense of urgency whatsoever, constantly placing the concern back on the customer. They should NOT be trusted in facilitating sensitive medications.

    This place is the worst. First off they send you a bill month and months after receiving your fertility medications thinking that it's covered under insurance. Second, when you go to pay the bill no one answers the phone or returns the millions of messages you left making you late to pay it and getting threats to go to collections. I called customer service many of times and all they do is give me the number I already have or transfer me to the same automated messaging that brings you to an answering machine. I'm already stressed with not being able to get pregnant and don't need more stress added from this stupid place.

    The dirty and chested business they are doing. I am going my IVF process and I order half of the medicen in the cycle for first 4 days after 4 days when I called to order rest of medicen they said I have all of the refills which need to buy. They made me to buy more medicen though they know I ordered half of the medicen already. And they said I can return in 24hours, but when I asked for return they said no. They are so rude and now I lost the money and need to trash the excess medicen also bcz of pharmacy. This is really not acceptable.

    Avoid this company at all costs. They provide incorrect price quotes ... one day it's 15k the next it's 7k. They never follow up, lose order information, lose prior authorization information, and delay time-sensitive deliveries because of their incompetence. They've turned an already stressful experience into a nightmare.

    If it isn't hard enough having to go through the entire infertility experience. IVF is hard enough. Then you are forced to deal with this pharmacy. This company is an absolute nightmare to deal with. Out of the 5 cycles I have gone through, this pharmacy has managed to s**** up on 4. Apparently one of the medications is not covered under my insurance. They proceed to tell me they will reach out to my doctor for an alternative. I wait 2 days, thinking I am waiting for them to do what they have to do. I get a call today with a rep saying, "it is inappropriate for the pharmacy to call my doctor regarding my medication." Ummm....????? Ok, So here we are, thinking everything was taken care of and my order was processed and should be shipped and received by this weekend. Come to find out, they charged the insurance but never processed my order for shipping. No one seems to know WTF is going on. I then sit on the phone with someone who has absolutely no clue in the world as she proceeds to re-run the order and give me the breakdown of charges. All while charging my credit card a second time. There has got to be an alternative so we do not have to deal with this BS pharmacy. Please, look into alternatives. This process is hard enough. I do not want any other woman having to deal with more aggravation and frustration through this process.

    Terrible company. I spend at least an hour on the phone with them every day. The workers don't care about their job and are often taking care of kids at the same time. For my 2nd ivf cycle they quoted me ***************************************************** ***** for 2 months ago. They lie and say drugs have shipped when they have not. Best just to private pay through another pharmacy. If you do have prescription coverage they will increase the price to whatever amount you have, so you end up paying more.
