I purchased an extremely expensive baby monitor from this company that barely works. They have not responded to my request for a refund. The monitor slowly stopped working over the first few months that we owned it and has progressively gotten worse. Turning off on its own, main button not working, arrow buttons not working. I expect a fully functional product for the amount of money I paid and mine is clearly defective. Please refund my money.Initial Complaint

My baby monitor is still under warranty. The video and sound work but the related parent unit has stopped charging. Despite being under warranty they are saying the fact that it wont charge will not be covered under warranty and I need to purchase a new unit. The units are in good condition, and have been well cared for so this is obviously a manufacturing defect or some issue on their end. I spent a lot of money to buy this and did so expecting it to work for more than 10 months. I attached videos as proof for them as well. They are trying to avoid replacing or wait out the end of the warranty since it was ordered November 9, 2020, delivered by end of November in 2020.Business response

We have responded to the customer and offered a solution to this issue, as the charging port on the product is damaged due to usage.
