    Purchased a bike on preorder on October 2020. Waiting a whole year and didnt receive the bike. Asked for a refund. Was told they are process the refund. Its been 2 years . Multiple emails and phone calls and nothing . The business in back as a mobile bike repair company after they closed their store.

    On March 30, 2021 I bought a Cannondale Quick 6 bike from CrimsonBikes for $631.86. It was a pleasant transaction, and I was happy with the bike. On July 28, 2022 I took the bike back to CrimsonBikes for a yearly tune-up. It was accepted and I was told that they would be out of town for about 10 days but that they would repair the bike when returned, which I was happy with. On August 11 I emailed inquiring about the status of the bike. I received an email the next day on August 12 informing me that they would look at the bike the following weekend, which I was fine with, but I told them that I had plans on relocating to *** at the end of the month and that I needed the bike before that move. I then emailed 3 more times before my move, none of which were responded to. I also tried calling several times without response and went by the store but they were consistently closed. Since my move on August 23, I've emailed 3 more times, and tried calling without any response. Today I saw a link indicating that they have shuttered the store and are bankrupt: https://www.reddit.com/r/******/comments/x106y4/*************_near_harvard_square_in_cambridge/ . I called the police and they told me this is a civil case and that I should speak to a lawyer. Is there anything you can do to help?

    Better Business Bureau:

    The business has gone bankrupt but I was able to get in contact with the organization dealing with the bankruptcy and they were able to let me into the building to recover my bike. My bike was in the process of being repaired so the pedal was taken off, which is a nuisance, but I have recovered my bike. Thanks for reaching out to the business, but this matter has been resolved.

    I dropped my bike off for repair at ************ about a month ago. The business is now closed due to Chapter 11 bankruptcy. I checked on it on 08/21 and they confirmed that they had it, they were working on it and it would be available as of 08/29. I went to go pick it up yesterday and the business is closed. I originally dropped it off to get repairs because they offered it at a discount due to me originally purchasing the bike there. This bike has a retail value of about ~$700 and is functional, so I would like it back.

    I have not heard from the business in response to my complaint.

    I have emailed the business multiple times and also called. I also tried to stop by multiple times but they're closed everytime I go

    This company took my money for a pre-ordered bike. They promised me a refund and they have failed to provide the refund or the bikes.
