      requested data deletion of my account details from their website, case number is assigned, then company is non-responsive. the website is jobcase.com. I've sent emails to their support email address: *********************************** a ticket is opened for the request but then no further response. I have attempted to call the company on their main phone number ************, all phone extensions result in a dead-end...no response, it permits leaving a message, which I have done, then no return call. all i am looking for is to confirm all of my data has been deleted from their systems and that my account information has also been purged. please intervene if you can, thank you!!***************************************** Phone: ************

      The business will not stop calling and emailing me. I have received dozens of spam calls and emails from various numbers since yesterday when i used their website. I am worried my social security number is in their records and I would like it completely removed from their records if so. I do not consent to Jobcase or anyone affiliated having my social security number, phone number, address, email address, or any other personal information.

      My name is ***** ******, and I am an attorney who represents **************There are several fraudulent job postings on jobcase.com purporting to be from ************** To be clear, my client does not post, and has never posted, on jobcase.com Apparently, whoever is making these fraudulent job posting purporting to be from ************** is following up on applications and obtaining sensitive personal information. We estimate dozens of people have been affected so far.I have made innumerable attempts to notify Jobcase of the fraudulent postings and have them removed, but we have received no responses and no action has been taken so far.Jobcase has structured its website and business so that it is not possible to communicate with a human being regarding fraudulent activity. The "report fraud" button has no effect whatsoever. Accordingly, fraudulent posts that injure consumers and harm businesses are allowed to flourish, and there is no remedy.

      I am receiving emails from job case with somebody else's name. I am contacting you because I believe the fraud is on the part of job case. I took two pictures of the screen so you could see them. I have previously blocked them and somehow they continue.I would like assurance that they have removed this account and remove my email address from their lists.. clearly they are not to be trusted.

      I begun but, did not complete an online application to seek employment with Job Case. i am receiving repeated fake jobs several times a day. The site does not allow me to unsubscribe. This is a fake and **** job seeking agency. I want to cease receiving emails of fake jobs. I am reporting this company as a scam.

      [I have several days off consist job listings 2 and 3 times a day. These are from Job Case. I did not complete the application process with Job Case because they were requesting personal info. BBB has over 30 complaints about job case for the  same reason. They did not unsubscribe me from all of these companies.  When you open the alleged job to unsubscribe you are not allowed

      Businesses and Customers should be civil, courteous and polite in their responses to complaints. It is important to remain professional and productive when participating in the BBB complaint process.

We never request sensitive personal data beyond these application essentials.       I'm searching for employment at the moment, received an email from this company and clicked on their link. Once I entered my information and gave them my resume, I started receiving text messages and emails that appeared to be really scammy. It alerted me so I came onto this site (Better Business Bureau) and read a bunch of complaints from other people to find out that this site is a scam and that they sell your information to third parties. I would just like for them to stop contacting me and delete my information.

      This company is a scam scam scam! They advertise a job and then sell your personal information to third parties even after you have opted out of such disclosure. Immediately after I supposedly applied for a job on their website, I started received multiple robo calls and scam emails.

      Company claims to help those looking for jobs however when communication is sent it is a continuous click-bait scam that drags the user through multiple job search websites that ask for personal information and never end up at the potential job listing. Also, the potential job openings that the website states are available are nonexistent

      They are a job search site, but after setting up an account I found out they are a site just trying to get your information to sell. I have been trying to request to deactivate my account, but there is no way to do so. Isnt something like that illegal? I no longer want them to have my email in their system. Can you help me force them to delete my email from their system? I just want my account deactivated and the most they allow is to turn off emails sent to you. They have no help chat or phone number, and the email forces you to go through a system which offers me no option to respond to deactivate.
