    Greetings, I requested a number of refunds over the last few months. Today I inquired if I could switch my subscription. I was refunded instead. Later, I learned that my account would no longer be accessible to me. I did not receive any warning from the company that this might occur. As such, and of of procedural fairness, I would like to be given a warning prior to losing access to my account unexpectedly.

    Better Business Bureau:I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # ********. Please add your rejection comments below; if you do not provide any details, your complaint will be closed as Answered. 

    I was not advised that I had violated the user agreement. The website says that we can contact their customer service with any issues, which is what I did. I was suddenly informed that I was banned from using their program. This was a total surprise to me. 

    Businesses and Customers should be civil, courteous and polite in their responses to complaints. It is important to remain professional and productive when participating in the BBB complaint process.
