Refund and Exchange Policy
As Flowers LLC, we guarantee your satisfaction or your money back with every order sent through our website for delivery in the United States and Canada and on all florist branded products.

If you are not satisfied with the purchased product, we will send a  replacement or refund the full purchase price. All you need to do is notify us within 48 hours of receipt of your order and return the product. You may call, come in person, or e-mail to us.

For faster results, please contact the delivering florist and if you are unsatisfied please have them retrieve the flowers. Due to time sensitivity of fresh flowers, please call us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Please consider the fact that each design is custom made by hand and our products may vary in size and appearance due to seasons, regional availability and interpretation by the designers.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
You agree to use the service at your own risk. Flowers, LLC or its affiliates, employees or agents, do not guarantee that services will be error-free; except the “satisfaction guarantee” which states you are entitled to a maximum of a full refund of your purchase after a return of your product within 48 hours or a re-delivery of your item at the soonest available opportunity. Although we make our best effort, we cannot guarantee any timed deliveries, and are unable to make guaranteed delivery dates and times during periods of high volume, such as Valentines or Mother’s Day, and your order will be delivered on the earliest available date.

Funeral Flowers:
In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us by calling 1-800-770-7404. Please note that all fresh flowers products including the funeral arrangements must be returned within 48 hours in order to receive full refund. Please feel free to contact the local florist to pick up the product. If you would like a replacement instead of refund, please let us know and we will deliver upgraded fresh arrangement to the funeral home or the deceased's family.
