      I've been trying to get ahold of this company since the beginning of June about a tour I booked for September. I wanted to reschedule for next year so my friends could come. That would be more business for this company so one would think they'd actually respond. The salesman I booked through is no longer with the company so I don't have a direct person to contact. I've called all the phone numbers associated with this company only to hear a recording for hours. At this point I'm just trying to cancel and get a refund. Theres talk of getting a class action lawsuit against this company. If that's what it takes to get a full refund then it's under consideration.

      Signed up for trip then was told they were booked and had no single spots left. Told me I could wait for an opening and cancel at anytime. There has been no opening.       I booked a trip with EF Go Ahead Tours on June 4, 2021 with payment of $849.00 payment. Balanced of $3,414.00 due August 14, 2021. Since that time I have called repeatedly with questions and cannot get ahold of anybody. I have been on hold for up to an hour with no response.I feel very uneasy giving them any more money when I am not able to reach anyone. My girlfriend wants to go with me now and I can't even get a hold of anyone to book her reservation!
