  They are scam artist, and thieves. They towed my car, stole my LV wallet, and my iPad. They thought my car was reported stolen, so they thought they could blame it on the person who stole it my car was not stolen, or reported stolen. I went to get my car, they wouldnt even let me near my car. I just bought the car, and had a valid bill of sale in the car. They went through my car, found the bill of sale, stole my wallet, stole my iPad, and broke my glove box. They did not give me a tow slip to show who towed my car, and when. I asked who towed it, the response I got was I diddnt work last night, I dont know who towed it so you dont keep a log? I watched them log details of a tow in progress while I was there. They treated me like a liar, and criminal, after I proved I owned the car, they diddnt even have the decency to apologize. I was discriminated against, and robbed. Something needs to be done about this shady business. I have recently filed a police report with Cambridge police, who have also confirmed that the items that they stole, were in the car when the police turned the car over, and that my doors were locked. If a tow company goes through your car, they are supposed to log your belongings so nothing gets stolen, they diddnt do that, they just stole the items they wanted. I would love for them to provide a inventory log, so I can see the items they found in my car. They should be out of business they are racist, and criminals. The owners name is Ralph and he is a terrible owner, he doesnt even have control of his employees. My belief is he is the one that Towed me, and took my items. If it wasnt him, than he should be doing what he can to find out who did, and get my items back for me, I wouldnt never allow one of my employees to do something like this, or tarnish my reputation. They literally have 1.8 stars as a rating, that pretty hard to do, that speaks volumes.

  Damaged my Prius, then tried to deny it even though witnesses saw him rip the bumper off with his truck. Stay away from this hack!

  Incompetent and over-charging for labor, hook up, and hidden fees. Asked for a jumping service, the guy arrived with a half-charged jumper unit, tried a few times but no avail, instead they offered towing which was 5 times more costly, paid $420 for towing my car from the driveway to the dealership which is 2 miles away, these guys are crooks! Many other things to say but I won't give them another second of my time!!!
