Pilgrim Harvard is a SCAM! When I signed up I was assured that my medical and medicine was 100% **vered (minus the ** pay) and **me to find out they are denying orders from my doctors! They will not pay for any of my meds and they want us to pay over $800 a month!!!!!! They need to be shut down!!!!!!!

I wish I had learned my ****** during year one, but this is my second year with this company and it has proven to be the absolute worst of any company, insurance or otherwise, that I have dealt with in fifty years of adulthood. For the second year in a row they have taken the wrong amount for my premium, promised return calls and refunds, none of which have arrived after three weeks, and actually had the nerve to take my next premium from my pending refund a week early without my permission. Thankfully there is a robust insurance commission in my state, and they will be receiving full details of the debacle that is Harvard Pilgrim Insurance. To anyone considering purchasing insurance from them, good luck; you're going to need it.

Just another crooked, greedy corporation destined to destroy the country. The middle class are struggling and anyone with a brain is being stifled by evil corporate entities like Harvard Pilgrim. All I want to do is log into my account and see if they will cover the prescription that I've spoken with my doctor about. My doctor doesn't work for Harvard Pilgrim and so she does not know if my insurance will cover the costs. Will I die if I don't get this prescription? No. Will I be able to slightly tolerate our terrible corporate greed machine that is ***************** if I can get that prescription? Yes. But I can't even access that information on their website. I've been bounced from one health insurance agency to another for the last 15 years of my adult working life and I can tell you that they are all the same, greedy without a care about anyone but themselves and their profits.

Really upset with this hack of my personal info. Happened on April 17th 2023. My only recourse is their hand picked credit monitoring and identity protection company with that practically does nothing for me if you read their "terms of agreement" to apply. Why would I want to give my info to these people I do not know? The only credit company they watch is TransUnion. Hello...there are three. Equifax which I had their own hack, Experian and TransUnion. I want this protection without IDX's terms of agreement. Why should I have to apply and accept these terms of this IDX company? What if my info has already been being used in the last two months? Will they check this...or just when I apply? I am so sick n tired of these conglomerates passing their responsibilities off on some other companies terms. So far for me it's been Equifax, which I never joined...they steal my info. Yahoo, *********** and now my Insurance. NO! I want all my credit reports watched and I want them to pay for any identity theft. I have worked hard to keep my credit good but there are so many companies working against me. Sick and freakin' tired of it!!! I am clicking that I have read and agree to the BBB Customer Review Submission Terms but I didn't read and I don't!

Horrifying experience. I'm a 29 year old that has been dealing with autoimmune/arthritis issues. I was seen at Mt Auburn's rheumatology department. I handful of diagnostic tests were ran and now HPHC is slapping me with a $120 ****. Their reasoning is because the labs were done at that hospital and they were not "routine". Routine for who? Because the labs ran are routine diagnostic labs for autoimmune. This is the first time ever I've ever been billed for labs. I'm fairly new to HPHC. Harvard's uncustomary practices are directly affecting my Healthcare. I already had to put off an MRI because of this. This is what happens when suits with no medical degree make medical rules.
