            I had a sign contract with this company to do some work. It had to be paid in 3 payments and if something minor came up, they let us know and we took care of it. The stairs and the retaining walls were done first, leaving the fence last. Then the fence was done, but not knowing anything about all of this im thinking it wasn't done correctly. Fast forward to March 2nd, we had a very windy day in ****** and blew part of the fence down, I reached out to them and they came and fixed it. We were concerned that it would happen again, they said not to worry that when the weather gets warmer they would come and cement it down properly. Said they couldn't do it last fall because the ground was too cold. I started calling them around May to see when someone was going to come out and they said there was another person ahead of us they come soon. Every week I call, it's the same thing, there is someone ahead they'll send out someone this week. No date or time stated. And to this day I haven't

            In April of 2021 I paid over a $10,000 deposit for a deck and patio to be built in June of 2021. By the end of September 2021 Millennium continued to use every excuse why they had not performed the services. Simple problem, whatever the reason, Millennium could not deliver on their contract to build a deck. I asked for a refund and they took the "20% stocking fee" saying I cancelled the contract. I believe that an honorable local company would just return all monies and not try and keep $2000 for work they never performed. I did not cancel because I went elsewhere. I cancelled as they never performed and never called when they pasted the date of service. So basically, they could make a living by promising to build, never build and then keep $2000 "restocking fee." Just be prepared to pay a very large deposit, a promise of you are the next job, never hear from them and it costs YOU $2,000.
