      The most rude old man that works night shift top 5 in ******* so far. I do not know how the rest of the employees give service but the old man doing the night shift have zero customer service and always talks like he is in a rush and I probably bothered him by trying to spend money there. If this was the first time I would have not written a review since people can have bad days. But this is the third time and now Im going to save this place to make sure I do not ever go there by mistake even.

      They do not even deserve 1 star. A few days before 11-8-24 I received an email that told me to make a purchase BY 11-8-24 or I will lose my rewards points. At 4pm on 11-8, I went to make a purchase so that I do not lose my points, only to find my points were already removed from account. Normally with any business that gives rewards they will give you until the close of business on the day listed to do so. Not Dunkin;, apparently they don't see the BY that way, they removed the points at 4am on the 8th. The points should have been removed on 11-9. I called while in the parking lot, I asked for a supervisor, I was promised a call back by 7pm THAT DAY. Never happened. They are closed on weekends. I sent an email at 6pm that day and received an automated message that I will be contacted within 48 hours, never happened, I sent numerous emails since all saying the same response and no one contacts me. On *****, I called again, requested a supervisor, promised again a call back, never happened, Sent more emails, have more case #'s. Finally, I contacted them through ********, I received one true response that used my name. They told me to contact the Loyalty line, I did and they would not connect me to a supervisor and did not try to resolve my complaint. Since then I get the same automated message from ********, telling me to call the Loyalty line. If my previous message explains I did that already, why would I keep getting the same message, if a real person was actually reading it. All I want are my points back, they were taken prematurely and it should not be that way. The email does not say use "before" the 11-8, it says BY, even ****** agrees on the terminology. Dunkin no longer cares for their customers like they use to. There is nothing in their terms that explains the exact time the points are removed from the account either. I would like a response to this and for Dunkin to make this right and return my points. If not, they will lose my business for good !

      I visit this location quite often, sometimes more than once a day. I have reached out to the "customer service" advocates for the establishment. I was told I would hear back in two days. I have yet to have a solution for my experience. On 11/12 around 10:45am I had gone through the drive through and order three coffees. First and foremost the woman who was taking the order was extremely rude. I was unable to get her name, but she had very short hair. I then got my coffees and drove off like normal. Prior to leaving the business, I tasted my coffee and it was horrible. I drove back around in the drive through and spoke through the ******** and I advised I was just in line and got a coffee and I did not like the way my coffee tasted. I asked them if they could re-make the coffee or make a different one all together. They advised they were not going to do that. I have never had that happen prior. For $5 a coffee, I expect it to be drinkable. I asked them if they could then make this one better then. They asked what I wanted and told me to drive forward. When I rolled up to the window, the woman with short hair was talking s*** about me to her *********** I work for multiple different police stations and the way you treat someone goes along way. If you are unable to treat people nicely, you shouldn't work in customer service. I went to give them my 1 minute old coffee and they refused to take it and wanted to charge me an additional $5 for a new coffee. At that point, I said ** no longer wanted the coffee as I was not spending $10 on two coffees for MYSELF. The older woman at the window lost her mind and started saying to another co worker "here you go." Meaning the co worker was going to drink the coffee, unpaid I'm sure... I paid $10 cash and the remainder on my card. I would like a full refund as all the coffees were disgusting. I would have left it alone, but clearly they struggle with customer service all around. Keep in mind, there are three Dunkins in ******.

      im an everyday customer and usually have no issue. this morning i stopped before work at 6:06 am and grabbed a coffee a donut and an order of snackn bacon.I work in construction operating heavy equipment so i usually dont get a chance to even look at my food for a few hours cause i get right in to work in the morning. so i grabbed the bacon. started eating some until i noticed that one had a huge hair cooked right into it!!!!! Then i look in the bag and i see a bunch more. long big hairs cooked into the other strips!!! That means i most likely ate some! Disgusting!!!! now im at work. cant leave to go to back to the store!! im calling the store but it just rings and rings. i call corporate and customer service and its the same deal. Dead end!!!! cant even file a complaint!!!! i have to write a letter of an email it says!!!! what about all the hair i just ate!!!! Nasty nasty!!!

      I placed an order on the app totaling $15.89 on October 16th. After arriving at my local Dunkin, they tell me that they are out of munchkins. Not only that, but they charged me and told me I must take it up with customer service to get a refund. It is now November 11th, almost an entire month later, and I've only received .89 cents back! I have wasted so much time on the phone trying to get my money back to no avail. Dunkin has zero customer service, and all they do is lie and scam. I will continue to call to get my money back, but I have zero hope in seeing it back in my account. Never again will I waste my money at this dirty and filthy establishment.

      Dunkin it's horrible. Every time I get food it is cold and not tasty. Their donuts are dry & again, not appetizing. I regularly use the app to order coffee because it's my favorite. Twice in the past 6 months I have had an issue with my app order that has not been resolved. Once they didn't have the items I ordered when I arrived & they couldn't refund the money. This last time i added items to an order I placed for a coffee. But instead of adding to the existing order (the button i clicked on) it started a whole new order with all of the items from the previous order in the cart. I was car sick & vomiting so I didn't notice. I just needed a sandwich. I ended up paying over $60 because the app messed up. I have contacted customer service and they never answer the phone. I have submitted a help desk ticket several times to no avail. I have followed up each time. It has been over a *********** will not reply. Do not go to Dunkin unless you want to do their job placing an order at the kiosk, & want to be double charged on their app. Half the time they don't have what you want but they won't give you a refund. I will HAVE to find a new favorite coffee.

      One of the owners, ******, of this store is verbally abusive to her employees. I have a daughter working there and have been told by numerous employees how poorly they are treated. Numerous employees have quit and they have terrible turnover due to the owners mistreatment. She calls the kids working to yell at them. In front of customers, she talked down to my daughter and forced her to go on all fours and scrub the corners of the floor and under the refrigerators while she talked down to her. Needless to say, I will never be giving this location any business and will ensure everyone I can reach knows about this behavior

      I went with my family today and ordered a dozen donuts and some drinks. The worker on the counter said if I ordered on the kiosk they had a promotion for a free extra donut. So I did. A minute after they called me from the counter that they do not have any of the flavors I ordered ( simple stuff like chocolate sprinkles or Boston..) and they will need to substitute. I told them to refund me the money because we went there for those 2 flavors specific.The worker said they could NOT refund. I explained he don't have what I ordered and he said that I should ask before I ordered on the kiosk if they had the flavors I want. We ended spending 14 dollars on donuts we don't even care or wanted because they plain refused to refund us the money.

      My food has been tampered with on more than one occasion. They added f**** and urine to my drinks and dropped my donuts on the floor before giving them to me. They photograph my hands and post it to social media. Workers lie and say they "cant find the drink" or "cant find the name" and ask me repeatedly to give different names. The entire time the drink is next to the register. Disgusting. These claims were confirmed by someone who saw the posts on social media. NEVER RETURN and this place should be put out of business. If this happens to me then it has already happened to you.
