      I was in 3 times this week, beginning on Wednesday, 8/28 for Butter pecan quart packed ice cream, the manager was very rude said they were out of the ice cream and were waiting on delivery to come back. I went back 8p and was treated rude, again told waiting on the ice cream delivery. Went back Thursday, 8/29 11a, no ice cream waiting on the delivery, went back in the evening and was told I've cream just delivered at 6:30p but was frozen. Come back tomorrow. Just went in today, 8/30 at 11a was told ice cream still frozen by manager Allyssa and to go back, went back at 11:39a and was just served melted ice cream that I waited over 1/2 an hour to receive. No one was in line and this treatment is unacceptable. I highly recommend not going to this Baskin Robbins on ***************************************

      ***** location on earth. Tried charging me $6 for cream cheese and refused to process the refund. Very rude and every Indian ran dunkin needs to take a customer service course and stop scamming. I would rate no star if I could

      In order to use my gift card balance on my app, I must add money instead of paying remaining balance with my other payment method. This feels like a scam to force customers to purchase more gift cards. It is inefficient and unethical. The card was a gift and the remaining balance that I cannot use is only $2.96. It is not like I am losing a large amount. I am taking the time to file this review because it feels like ************* is taking advantage of its customers.

      I would give this location for DD in ****** ***** negative stars. I even reached out to the ******************** assured me someone would be reaching out to me. I asked after about 5 buisness days when this would occur and they said shortly.So I replied back after 2 **** weeks letting them know no one has reached out in any way shape or form. It started when I went to order in drive thru. The order was a caramel craze latte and after making it twice and was still wrong but was trying not to be late for a Special Olympics event. Inside, other guests looked just as upset. It was a rude white woman in management. The second incident followed just like 3rd. I pre-order online to pick up in drive thru. They never had my caramel craze at all. Tried to tell me it wasn't their responsibility. That time there was another lady in management and she looked at my phone and the app to confirm it was a correct purchase and apologized and then had the drink made. The 3rd time I pre ordered again. Got to drive thru was handed a drink with my proper name but the drink already had a straw. Before I had ever left drive thru I was told I didn't pay for and they handed me an Uber order receipt for a different *** then told me after confirming I did pay the food was out of stock. Then the same white manager shows back up and is telling me it's too bad that the food I pre-ordered online isn't available that there was nothing she would do to help. This was after trying to make me feel like I messed up the order that it's my fault it all happened to me. I worry for the teens working in that environment as I work for a school special needs kids. I've also managed and worked platinum service corporate buisness much larger than dunkin. This is far from ok or professional behavior. I used to go to SB but stopped to show some support for Falestine.Just absolutely appalling. Not even a refund has been offered to me. Way to go ****** ***** ??

      My cousin bought me some glaze donuts at @****************************************** Dunkin Donuts today at 5:00pm02/28/2024.She brought the donuts to us we were at a beauty salon at the time on the same street just a block away from the store. I was hungry for the donuts couldnt wait to start eat it. I take out one of the glaze donuts from out the bag brake it in half give my wife half Ill take the nxt half we start to eat I finish my half first so I take a nxt one eat an finish it leave back 2 donuts left so My cousin ask for peace of the donuts so my wife breaking peace for her When she take out that glaze donuts it was 4 RAT P*** ON THE ***** DONUTS I Start to throw up ?? right away my stomach was sick instantly was fully traumatized so we went back to the store making a complained to the manager the manager remarks goin to say its no rat p*** its sprinkles from off the donuts so I say to the manager how i ordered a glaze donuts an it have sprinkles on it dats make no sense an the sprinkles donuts with chocolate an cream looking ones wasnt close to each other sorry I couldnt post the picture of the donuts were it was invest an grossed no apology nor nothing manager didnt even care they NEED TO SHUT DOWN.!!!!!!!!

      THIS ISSUE IS ABOUT Store ******************************** *******, ** ***** Baskin Robbins*I had an issue to occur around 4:24pm @ the drive-thru window. The person logged in on register ****** 4Cashier (Brown skinned boy with locs ). He gave me a hard time immediately. I am a nice person & treat everyone the same way i'd like to be treated. I ALWAYs have a smile on my face. I drove up to the window & proceeded to make my choices; was told they were out of most & so i made a selection from that. For my ******** I pulled up to the window. Wasn't greeted or anything. The young boy told me they were out of strawberry & So i asked what other flavors did they have? He replied "I don't know". I say, "OK". I then proceed to ask about the Non-Dairy flavors they had so i can choose from that. He made a very smart remark by saying, "Well I assume that all ice cream has some dairy in it. You know?" I replied, "No" & asked again about the non-dairy flavors if they had any? B/c maybe he misunderstood my question. The worker then says, "I don't know what flavors we have". I assumed he would go & check for me but, he never did. It wasn't until after waiting for a minute to ask him if he could check & see for me please. He really gave me a hard time. I had my son in the car with ****** was not pleased about this experience. Not only did I have to ask for a receipt, he also didn't feel the need to reach his hand out of the window for me to pass my method of payment to him. I had to literally reach into the building to give it to him. After the transaction was complete & after i made sure he printed me my receipt, he proceeded to give me my ice cream cup with no spoon. It wasn't until I had to ask for a spoon that he gave me one. All of these things are common courtesy especially working in customer service. He didn't seem like he wanted to be there & had an extremely off-putting attitude & was being very smart with me. No apology or anything & the manager was standing right there!

      Went to the Licolnton, ** store this week and ordered a hot coffee. They handed it to me dripping all over, lid not on tight and no napkins. I refused to put it in my new car. So they wiped it off quickly and handed it back to me, still dripping. I had to request napkins and I stacked them in my cup holder and set the coffee in there. When I arrived home, my cup holder was filled with coffee and the cup had about half of the coffee in it, still dripping everywhere and the lid still not able to secure right. Then today I stopped at a ***********, ** location. I waited 20+ minutes for egg bites. Then was told they didn't have any after standing there for so long waiting. They refunded me for the egg bites, but honestly I around have been reimbursed for my coffee top, for the inconvenience and poor management.I will no longer go to Dunkin. ********* all the way. Their customer service is decent and their coffee and food is better anyway. Runnin on *********!

      I contacted customer service because I tried to use a gift card on the app and the remainder of the purchase on my debit card. The total was $20.74, and my gift card was for $20. They charged my debit card for the whole purchase. I contacted them the day it happened and they strung me along for three weeks saying they were going to help me. I just wanted my debit card refunded and my gift card charged. They made me add more money to the gift card to accomplish this task, claiming I had to have the full $20.74 on the gift card. The app only allows a $2 minimum. I let them know that it was all set to be charged and didn't hear from them for a week. When I did finally hear from them they asked for my card information so they can refund my card, I gave them my card information along with the gift card information. They replied saying that they cannot refund my card after a purchase has already been made, even though literally minutes before they said they were going to do it. Also how can you refund someone before a purchase is made? That doesn't even make sense. After a purchase is the only time a refund would be required. I pointed out that I was told the exact opposite and sent a screenshot of them telling me that they will refund the debit card and charge the gift card. They responded back with the same response, they can't do it. So they made me wait three weeks, lied to me more than once, and made me spend more of my money just to tell me they're not going to help me. Awful customer service. I had such a simple request and they refused to do it, lied to me, and wasted my time.

      I contacted Dunkin four to five times now to delete any accounts under my previous email and new email because multiple accounts are causing problems with reloading my Dunkin card. I cannot get an email response to have this handled. I get email replies asking me to call. I tried that and could not understand the representative as the call center seems to be in a different country than USA. I have asked several times in emails to just handle it as I cannot understand the representatives on the phone. No response in days. Ridiculous and extremely poor customer service.

      Dunkin Donuts **************************, ** They made me a sausage bacon egg and cheese and put my cooked meat on a dirty counter and said that what the do. This counter was disgusting and they thought it was ok. It was gross
