    I recently had my heat exchanger replaced by Farina Corp and wanted to share my experience. The technical side of the process was handled well, thanks to **** and ******. However, I encountered a few issues. First, there was a surprising $75 charge added to my bill that was not disclosed upfront. Despite discussing this with both **** and ******, the charge was still applied, which was disappointing. Additionally, my interactions with **** very unpleasant. She is ****, ****, and seems to wake up on the wrong side of the bed everyday. Probably not the person you want answering your telephone.

    They overcharge you so much because they charge for transportation for the technician when you dont even know where the technician is coming from. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. The woman who answers the phone is so rude.

    This customer requested a technician to check the air conditioning and provide a quote for replacing equipment at a condo that she was interested in purchasing. On 9-23-2024. We informed her that our rate was $150/hour and we charge for travel time and time on site. We charge in  one hour increments.She agreed to the terms..A technician was dispatched on 9-26-2024 to the site and gathered the information required to provide that quote. She was billed for 2 hours. She did not purchase the condo She felt the charge was excessive. As for the person answering the phone she is entitled to her opinion but I have no control over that and totally disagree,

    That is incorrect response from the business owner. They never quoted a range for how much the cost of the travel time of the technician. They billed for 2 hours, yet the technician was only there for less than an hour so they billed more than an hour for travel time. Very expensive for a service. The fact that this condo was not bought has nothing to do with the complaint that they charge excessively. The woman who answered the phone kept interrupting when I was going over the details. She is entitled to her opinion but she should let the customer speak first without interruption. She was so rude. No matter how they respond to this complaint, I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.
