      On 10/6/2021 I ordered two pairs of shoes for a total of $113.93, which included a promotional discount of 17.99. A few days before shipping one of the pair of shoe order was cancelled by shoes.com. They refunded me the price of that pair, but not the discount. So even through they offered a discount on any pair of shoes the pair I did receive was at the full non-discount price. I tried calling but shoes.com doesn't answer their phones. They instead tell you to email them and that they would respond in 3 days. I asked for my discount to be reinstated, since they cancelled the 1st pair of shoes. I've emailed them again, but no response. My order number is SH00862062. I would like to be refunded the discount that was promised with ordering any of their shoes.

      The customer had two items on this order.

      The item that was refunded was refunded in full - and the only item on the order that was available for the promotion.

      The second item did not participate in the promotion.

      On 9/14/21 I purchased a pair of shoes for *****. On 9/22/21 I took them to the *** store and sent them back-too small. Tracking number 1ZA6721R9096356892. They recieved the shoes back on 9/27/21 according to my tracking. On 10/21 I was told per email my refund processed on 9/29/21 and to allow 10 business days for processing to my credit card. Today it has been 15 business days and still no refund. They will not respond to emails or answer their phone. It disconnects you right away. My order number is SH00798372. I want my refund

      I purchased sneakers from shoes .com for $89.98. Received them on 10/2/2021. They do not fit properly I have contacted the company several times in an attempt to be e-mailed or mailed a return label. This has been done both on line and many attempts at phone calls to their service center with no results. So far this is a fraudulent return policy and very poor customer service. They received their payment from my Master Card credit company and now I should be reimbursed through the same *************** for sneakers that don't fit properly. Any assistance in this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thankyou.

      I placed an order on shoes.com for two pairs of shoes totaling $110.94 on Sept 13th. I have received the shoes and they dont fit. Their website will not allow the return to complete calling technical issues and try again later. I have emailed multiple times without any response and I have tried calling and customer service number says to email and just hangs up. I just want to return these shoes as they do not fit.
