      I paid ***************** 415 and I need a full refund for this transaction. I specified a service request of UV protection with no tint and **** put 20% tint on my car, rendering me with terrible/not enough visibility to drive the car. The tint also created a terrible halo effect on the windows which caused me a lot of eye pain. He told me he would order the correct tint I had requested in every conversation we had, but then reneged on his promise. He treated me terribly and kept insisting there was something wrong with my car and refused to give me a refund. He refused to acknowledge my direct request for no tint because I wanted full visibility. He was impossible to reach for weeks before and after the tinting. The car has been re-tinted by another party with 0 issues. The new tint place said **** did a terrible job both in applying the tint (he left tint on one window, which they removed), as well as in the removal of the tint, as he left glue throughout the car windows. They were appalled at the unprofessionalism. **** was extremely belligerent and difficult and insisted there was no issue with the tint and that my car must have issues, even though the halo effect caused by his brand of ceramic tint is well documented online. The new tint place knew exactly what I was referring to. Car has since been retinted with 0 issues. **** should have given me a refund from the beginning.

      This complaint, mind you, a year after the fact is simply untrue  

      We installed the film like we had many times prior, for this customer, without issue.  The material we installed was not what she states, it was clear UV shield film, not 20%

      She complained, we removed the film after inspecting it with no issues visible.

      Now, a year later, she's raising ****.  

      I've agreed to refund her money once warranty claim has been filed with manufacturer and will do so ONLY IN THE EVENT THAT SHE REMOVES ALL AND ANY FRIVOLOUS COMPLAINTS LIKE THIS ON THE ***** AND ANY OTHER UNDER THE PROMISE OF LEGAL ACTION ON OUR BEHALF.

      We have never had a complaint in decades of service,

      that's it, we'll refund her by close of business 01/16/2023
