    The business is charging $165 for road test and failing most if not all first time customers solely to charge another reschedule fee. I have been driving for over ***************************************************************************** for reason I am 1000 percent sure was false. He said I failed to signal, I signaled EVERYTIME, he said I didnt look back. I def looked behind me and did not use my mirror which he said I did. I NEVER use my mirror, I always turn to look back out of force of habit even when I have a back up camera I look back! Another student told me he had to pay it 3 times before finally passing and told me that he feels he did the same all three times. Someone else told me they pay the *** a certain amount of their profit to fail the customer in order to charge a reschedule fee. Seems like a pretty legit scam! I would like my money back!

    Adp auto advertises packages to teach driving, i orders a 10 class plus exam package and was taught to operate one model vehicle i have no prior experience driving which I explained when I purchased, my classes were moved around for others exams and the vehicle I used on exam I never touched in my life I didnt know how to safely operate it. This leading to me failing, I asked instructors why wasnt I taught correctly and my tools (car) were being switched last minutes with me having no knowledge how to use it. I was set up to fail just to be told to pay 156 to reschedule. I feel they took advantage of me being a young single women who doesnt know better and didnt give me what I payed for

    Complaint number ********. This is *************************** on behalf of ADP Auto School. The complaint issue is that she never learned in the vehicle we have to exactly it was to train all the cameras one being a hybrid and one being gas. So there is no different vehicle. Everything else is the same other than the motor. The hybrid also works on a gas motor so the complete same, she needed more lessons and that is it thank you bye
