    I live in *********, **, but my mailing address is in ******, **. Bolt Laundry Services not only damaged my clothing, but some clothing and sheets came back dirty, sour, and smelling of cigarettes! They shrunk 3 items of clothing by not following my wash instructions. I ordered laundry pick up on 9/01 2023 for 9/05/2023 between 7AM-10 AM, initial order number: [Order #******] (09/01/2023). First the woman who called and arrived was not the same person. I brush that off. Then they asked for my desired laundry delivery time. I told them via text. They told me completely different time, then showed up an hour earlier than the time they told me. I get an email with a new Order #****** (09/05/2023) on day of delivery 9/06/2023. 3 items came back shrunken- not air dried as I instructed though labeled in a bag labeled "Air Dry." Numerous items came back smelling of smoke and sour including my bed sheets and I don't smoke or hang with people who do- cancer in my family. One item came back smelling of cheap perfume, and my bra came back with a food smell and white marks on the inside of the cups. I didn't send it out looking that way; wasn't dried soap. **** missing the sash to close it. Emailed and phoned on 9/06/2023. Was told someone would contact me and to send pictures. I did. No one called. I called the next day. I am then told a delivery driver attempted to contact me numerous times. I though it was because he was picking up the items still dirty. I had no missed calls. I am told the driver will contact me. The delivery driver calls me and tells me **** is using him to speak for them and it is impossible that my clothes were not clean and berates me. I contact **** again, they say a Manager will call. I assume to discuss rewashing my stuff and to pay me for my damaged items. I did get a call back from the deliver driver who tells me he has proof my clothes were washed and tries to berate me again. No further response from Bolt despite calls and emails.

    I have not heard from the business in response to my complaint. I even emailed them again to let them know I was charged twice by them and they did not respond.
