On 4.24.23 I placed an order within the app for a pasta bread bowl and cheesy bread for delivery to hair salon for myself and child. After consuming a portion of food, it was realized the food was uncooked/raw dough. I attempted to make contact with customer service online , which it directs you to fill out a form, which I also did with no response. I then googled the dominos customer service number which provided 2 numbers ********** which is no help, no live person and a recording that directs you to a contact us website or text bot. The second number *********** just hangs up on you no ringing no live person. I then went back to the app and figured out where the food had been delivered from. I contacted the store where I spoke to a ****** who claimed to be the assistant manager. I was told she was unable to help and to call back after 3 to speak to GM ****. Contacted location at 4:03 and was left on hold for 24 min, I then called from another phone. I got ****** who then gave me ****. I was yelled at and told I would not get a refund because he didnt believe me. I offered to send pictures and bring food as I still have it the following day. I was then hung up on. I called back and was answered by ****** who placed me on hold and never returned to phone after 20 mins. This is unacceptable behavior and poor customer service. ********************** needs to do better, I would like the money back for the food that me and my child was unable to enjoy and couldve gotten extremely sick from after eating raw and uncooked food/dough. HORRIBLE!!!
