    First class job at a very fair price Bottom line...I highly recommend Georgoulis Roofing and Construction. Our experience with them could not have been any better.Our job consisted of stripping the existing roof, installing new Certainteed Landmark roof and.also replace 10 sets of vinyl shutters.***************** (Director of Field Operations) was great to work with. He was always extremely responsive, replying to all of our emails in a very timely manner (almost always within 24 hours or less).******************************** and the rest of the roofing crew did a great job. Our house is **** sq ft...2 stories plus a family room and the roof has a fairly good grade (roofers had to use safety ropes). They said the existing 1-layer roof would be stripped and replaced in two days, and it was. There were seven workers the first day and they worked a 12 hour day. There were three workers the second day and they worked 10 hours. They moved along at a really good pace. They placed blue tarps to protect the shrubs, walkway and deck. They then placed larger black tarps along the roof line to the ground to protect the house itself. The crew also used several large magnets to search for nails all around the grounds and the lawn when done.We've already had a few good rain storms and there are no leaks or issues.Everyone involved was great from start to finish. We couldn't have asked for more. It really exceeded our expectations. We would highly recommend Georgoulis to family and friends and would definitely use them again.

    Extremely professional, very fair price, they provide amazing quality work, efficient, done in one day and exceeded my expectations. They do not take shortcuts, they use premium roofing products, make sure everything is done as if they were doing their own home. The crew was absolutely amazing, such friendly and hard working people who were respectful of my property and thoroughly cleaned up afterwards. Best price around and the most superior quality end result. Would highly recommend this company to anyone.
