      My driveway is falling apart. We have followed all guidelines set by the company. We extended wait times before using driveway as suggested by company. They came out to fix the driveway, which ultimately made it worse. Blacktop is crumbling and being brought into our house or vehicles each time someone walks over the pavement. There are areas of the driveway that were sinking and only some were patched. The driveway is worse than the original driveway we had.

      I contacted driveways by heap to have my driveway seal coated. They came one hour prior to a forecasted heavy rain. When I asked about the rain he said that if would be fine but they would "touch up" any areas that were affected. The driveway came out terrible. They had spray all over my grass and bushes. Within a few months the seal coat began to wash away. I contacted them and they came out and looked at it and apologized. They agreed to reseal coat it. This was 4 months ago. They would schedule the repairs three weeks in advance and then not show up on the scheduled day. They would not call and say they weren't coming or reschedule. I continue to call and only once they responded back and said the truck was in the shop. That was three weeks ago. Now they are not returning my calls. I took several pictures of the damage. I want the driveway seal coated properly like they agreed,

Unfortunately our truck is still not working and we are most likely not going to have it back up and running this season. That being said we would like to refund you the money you spent on the sealcoat. We will be mailing you a check today for the costs you paid. Again, I apologize that this has been such a hassle for you.
