I contacted driveways by heap to have my driveway seal coated. They came one hour prior to a forecasted heavy rain. When I asked about the rain he said that if would be fine but they would "touch up" any areas that were affected. The driveway came out terrible. They had spray all over my grass and bushes. Within a few months the seal coat began to wash away. I contacted them and they came out and looked at it and apologized. They agreed to reseal coat it. This was 4 months ago. They would schedule the repairs three weeks in advance and then not show up on the scheduled day. They would not call and say they weren't coming or reschedule. I continue to call and only once they responded back and said the truck was in the shop. That was three weeks ago. Now they are not returning my calls. I took several pictures of the damage. I want the driveway seal coated properly like they agreed,

First I would like to apologize for the inconveniences you have experienced. Unfortunately our truck is still not working and we are most likely not going to have it back up and running this season. That being said we would like to refund you the money you spent on the sealcoat. We will be mailing you a check today for the costs you paid. Again, I apologize that this has been such a hassle for you.
