              We recently purchased 3 doors from ********* and at no point during the initial visit, quote, or upon providing our credit card information over the phone were we informed that these were special order and were not returnable. In addition to this, after placing the order, several contractors said that the doors would not work and that ********* should have had a contractor come out to measure the doors prior to placing the order. On the invoice, there is a statement regarding non-refundable special orders but we did not sign the invoice since the transaction was done over the phone. We then asked them to cancel the order, they wouldn't. Then we asked them to take them back after they arrived, we offered to pay a restocking fee, and they wouldn't take them. We now have 3 doors sitting in our garage that we can't use and I am out over $3300. As you can see on the invoice, I never signed it, and so I should be *********** my money back.
