    On August 2 I brought my arctic white 2018 Audi S6 to Lords Detailing to tent my front, back and rear window. When I dropped off my car at 10am my My vehicle was dropped off without any damage. Upon picking up my vehicle at 2 PM that same day Lords Detailing use the wrong type of wheel cleaner and subsequently scratched paint off of all four of my $2800 Ferrada rims and scratched my passenger right in front door and the roof of my car. When I arrived I was focused on the rams and the car was parked in the direct sunlight so I did not notice the scratch until I got home in my parking garage a few hours later when I went back and saw the car in the shed. I live less than 3/10 of a mile away and my car is parked in the garage to which no cars park around my vehicle. I reached out to Lords Detailing to let him know and he immediately try to say they weren't the cause of The damage to my rims or the scratches to my car. There's video surveillance cameras at Lords Detailing and I asked to see the video footage however that was not provided to me. The worst part about this whole situation is they did not offer me a refund but instead try to scam me by having me pay money to fix the damages to my vehicle at one of the associates autobody shops. Total damage to my vehicle is $6500

    I brought my car to get detailed at Lords Auto Detailing in ******* on Friday January 13, 2023. When I picked the car up the following day the infotainment system screen was no longer working in the car. Initially when I asked the employee (********) about the issue, he stated that the screen must have been broken when I dropped the car off. After reminding him that he did an extensive inspection of the cars interior and exterior for damage at the time that I dropped the car off he retracted this statement. He told me that at the time that he would like to make it right. But was very busy that day and to bring the car back the following week so that his electrical technician could resolve the problem. The first two times I brought it by the next week the technician was either too busy or not on location. Finally, the following Thursday (January 19, 2023) the technician was able to take a look. He had my car in the bay for approximately one hour, continuously calling ******** in and out for assistance. Finally, ******** came back and declared that they could not find the cause of the issue. He stated that the infotainment system suddenly not working was just a strange coincidence, and even went as far as to say, It must have been Friday the 13th bad luck, all while laughing off the fact that my car was damaged. I have had the car for over 5 years and have never once had a single issue with the infotainment system screen before this instance. I drive Uber part time to make ends meet so the navigation component of the infotainment system is crucial to my work. I also have one year old son so the safety of a working back up camera is very important to me. I feel that this company should be held accountable for damaging my vehicle.
