The owner of this establishment -****, is extremely verbally volatile and rude. I had an issue with my clothing, and with the staff person allowing her friends to throw their clothes in my dryer. This was all on video. He attacked me over the phone and would not listen to anything I had to say, and said he gets scammed by people like me all the time. And said he is not responsible for any damage done to my clothes and said he had no idea what I was taking about and denied what happened all around. There are cameras there, and I asked him to watch them, he blamed me, was abrasive, yelled at me and cut me off no matter what I calmly said. He said he would do nothing about any of it and is not dealing with people like me. He has no idea who I am in order to say such a thing. I was informing him that his staff was not doing what she was paid to do, and that there was an issue with his machine. I didnt ask for anything besides reimbursement for what I spent on the load of laundry which was $11.50. He said nothing will happen and yelled at me more, and told me to do laundry elsewhere. I wouldnt have my worst enemy give this man any business his customer ********************** skills are non existent, and the way he treats people is ignorant and disrespectful, nevermind unacceptable.
