              Mr. ******************************* continues to stall and not honor any settlement funds. Used improper shipping materials, including a thin wall ************ 30 lb. maximum rated box. He does not answer calls nor email. There is $2500.00 insured on the item destroyed in transit by ****** All could have been avoided by using proper heavy duty electronics box with correct supporting materials. No wonder ***** does not want to honor the claim. BTW, by his own advertisement ads stating Quote: "We GUARANTEE that your items will arrive safely , or we'll refund their full value".

              We purchased a antique crock from a auction. Qwik Pack & Ship was responsible for packing and shipping our antique. Well they failed at packing because they put two crocks in together in the same box with no protection from hitting each other. Well my antique came broken. We contacted Qwik Pack & Ship to notify them that the crock was broken and yes we paid for insurance on them. We have sent many emails pictures everything they asked for. Its been two months and yesterday we contacted them and they told us the insurance money was there. Now they said there would be a credit put back on my card. I checked the bank well it wasnt a credit now they were trying to charge us again. We contacted them and told them you owe us a credit not a charge. The next day it was gone and no credit. Today I contacted them and got the runaround and the man I was speaking to told me I was wasting his time and hung up on me. I want my refund now! This is the worst shipping company I have ever dealt with. If you want your antiques or what ever you have purchased to come like you expect dont use this company. If you do and your antiques are broken they will treat you bad.
