    My 2018 **** F150 is in the collision center. I have been promised my vehicle back on 4 separate occasions over the last 3 weeks and keep getting put off. I spoke with **** the collision center manager on May 8th and emailed my estimate from gei** the same day. He said he would order the parts and have me drop the vehicle off when they came in. I didnt hear back so I emailed and he had me bring it in a week later. The next week he told me it would be ready by he submitted to the insurance ** for more damage to the front end. A week later I got a call from his assistant ***** who said they were submitting for more damage to the rear of the vehicle and he had no knowledge of what I was told about the front end. ***** also emailed me a release to sign to get paid directly and work hadnt even begun on my truck until that day. I reached out to upper management after a few email exchanges and a call from **** who did nothing but yell and scream at me for calling him about about what i was told. Since then I have been told my vehicle would be ready over a week ago and then again by yesterday. I got an email this morning telling me that I wont have my truck back until friday and Im not trusting that based on all the other times I was told it would be ready. They have had my truck for a month now and I would like some help please.

    Buyer BEWARE OF THESE SCAM ARTISTS! Trusting them ended up costing me a fortune. I was asked to turn in my lease on April 3rd. Was told they needed my car back. *********************** was very busy, took my key and said hed be in touch. Well my bank account got automatically withdrawn a week later for a full payment. **** credit said Rodman should have closed it out, but they didnt. **** credit said I would be refunded the $639 when they closed it. Well next month I get a letter from the credit bureau that my credit is delinquent for **** payment. The salesman *** admitted to me in writing he made a mistake in asking for it back, he thought it was a 36 month lease. He didnt say he would fix it, started ignoring me and refused to tell **** credit they had my car until June 9th!!! ****** and ***** tried to get me to LIE and say I bought the car, but my lawyer advised against lying on a legal document. I now have a lawyer involved and it is a complete disaster. *** will not admit that they took my car in April, keeps dodging my calls and texts. He picked up once by mistake, told me it was in managements hands and hung up on me!! These are scary people who are okay with lying! Do NOT get involved with them. This is costing me a fortune. My lawyer told me ************************* is MUCH more ethical than these guys, as Im not the first complaint hes had against them. I hope this review helps some people buy somewhere else! You do not want this financial headache or credit disaster.
